Nebraska football is on the cusp of bowl eligibility… again!  Last year the Huskers got to 5 wins and lost their last four games by one score.  There was a lot of college football heartbreak in Lincoln!  This season, after reaching 5 wins and needing one more win to become bowl eligible for the first time since 2016, the Huskers have suffered through three straight losses.  Memories of a 2023 collapse are still fresh.So during the bye week ahead of Saturday's game at USC, Matt Rhule brought in consultants Dana Holgorsen and Phil Snow. The Indiana Hoosier remained undefeated with a win over Michigan.  It was the first time they had been challenged all season and they were able to close the deal with a nail biting 20-15 win.The Ohio State Buckeyes destroyed Purdue (we told you Friday the Boilers would not score!).
