For all of us with Long Covid, ME/CFS, POTS, dysautonomia, brain fog, severe, debilitating fatigue, significant weight gain (or loss) who feel like this entire experience has essentially ruined our lives as we knew them, aged us, and made us feel really old and fat (or too thin). One of the things mentioned is to dress for your current body type/size and to try to embrace yourself just for being your awesome self. Two of the clothing companies I recommend for clothes that make me feel cute are:7 Degrees Hoodies: https://www.shop7degrees.com**$10 off referral code: LXZ-YC4CWL1Democracy ABsolution Jeans: https://democracyclothing.comThe app discussed in this episode to help stabilize and ideally help lose weight is called NOOM.
