In a 1981 interview with Creem Magazine, singer/songwriter Elvis Costello stated "you have 20 years to write your first album and you have six months to write your second one." In this podcast we'll be focusing on those years that lead up to a first album and learn what motivated artists to create their initial musical offerings.
