Nicole (Niki) Leone, is a self-taught chef whose specialty is cooking up new twists on the classics. The Millennial Chef brand was born when Niki moved to New York City in 2014. She was exposed to new cuisines, restaurants and chefs, which inspired her. Her recipes have the same authenticity as the classics she was raised eating, but with an easier, healthier flair. Her goal is to inspire her followers and give them the confidence to put a new twist on their own traditional recipes.
