It's amazing! She doesn't give us a meal plan or an exercise plan. She makes us think and do thought work...which can be exhausting. Lol! Mental weight loss = physical weight loss. That's the truth.

i hate the taste of water so i use rge different water enhancers like mio, etc. I really like that you are like start small. i think if you deny yourself over and over again it gets harder to go through with it. i am trying the smoothie diet right now. ive started with replacing one of my meals with a smoothie and eventually want to replace two meals wirh smoothies. And you kinda a little bit talked about intermittent fasting. does it not work? ive heard a lot of people talking about it. im 29 years old and ive been overweight since i was about 17. ive had 3 c sections in 5 yeaes and it gets hard. ive been in a place that I hate that i have to sit in a chair to play with my daughter that it hurts to much to sit on the floor.

Hi I'm a Disabled Physical Therapist and I have been introduced to your program by an Occupational Therapist in my Rehabilitation. I have suffered my most adult no life with being overweight. So I tragically had the Gastric bypass surgery in 1998. I weighed 250lbs and Lost 100 lb my stomach was so small that I couldn't absorb the vitamins I needed and it end up giving me a disability and I'm now in a wheelchair and weigh 300 pounds. this is very difficult for me to even talk about or try to do anything but your program was inspired to me by another occupational therapist my pride 2 for 1 day and it really really helps me I now started the documentation and trying to write a lot of stuff down which I don't like to do but I'm going to give it all my best thank you very much for introducing me to this program.
