I have lost and gained 40 lb more times than I care to remember with every diet going. I've lost 18 lb in 3m as a pnp podcast groupie and have been listening to Corrine and Kathy daily. they're brilliant. I've learned so much and am even enjoying my mistakes without panic. the mindwork is so helpful. you're not broken. thoughts and feelings are not facts. sometimes it's going to feel like ass. thanks guys. you give me so much hope and I'm working towards that turning into absolute confidence that this is sustainable.

Hi my name is Charlotte. I've been on every diet just about that's been created. I don't want to blame my past any more. I want to learn how to eat NORMAL ! I know this is my fault only. Technically the show isn't targeted to me as I'm a guy (in Australia) but I've found Karin to be great to listen to. Her no BS style really speaks to me and so far I've been listening for 15 weeks and lost 20kg, or about 45 pounds. The key lesson she often circles back to is ONLY EAT WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY. It's amazingly powerful advice. I tune into her new episodes fairly often for a top up of inspiration or support when I need it. Thank you, you've really helped me!

I never comment on podcasts... NEVER!!! But your story could be my own...I mean REALLY!!! 1. Horrible childhood with awful bullying- my second grade teacher brought a chair from the high school because I was so big and I was set in the middle of the class...Kids were horrible- I failed second grade.. because my parents were going through their divorce- got the same teacher a second year 😲 2. Single mother who worked second shift and I was a latch key kid 3. My oldest daughter was born with a disability (22q13 Deletion Syndrome)- very similar to autism as the biggest delay is speech and communication. We are different because my daughter started having seizures and ultimately passed away when she was nearly 5. Ummmm...my world STOPPED spinning is an understatement 4. Horrible highschool relationship (my oldest daughter's bio father). He ended up being mentally abusive 5. I have too lost over 100lbs- 200lbs actually without weight loss surgery. Highest ever weight was 425 (after pregnancy) and I have gotten as low as 195. I have maintained most of my loss but I'm tetter tottering around 220-230. Listening to your podcasts every chance I can and I went specifically looking for something related to depression because I have hit a rough patch. I just hope someone in your group brings this to your attention because I know you must be busy. Just want you to know your my newest "celebrity crush" (but I believe celebrities are just regular people who put their pants on just like me 🤷‍♀️). Just wanted to say I relate to you and so many of the suggestions you make for weight loss because I did alot of this before I found PNP now I'm like "Yeaaaa...
