A few months ago I reached out to some travel podcast hosts to see if they might be interested in cross promoting each others podcasts. Travis was the first to reply. Travis is a dad, husband and avid traveler. In this podcast you can hear him talk about  his podcast So How was the trip as well as get grilled with some classic Lost in transit questions.    Important links  So How Was Your Trip  Podcast  Instagram  Lost In Transit  Instagram  Twitter    Spud Groshong  Instagram  Website
This week I had no guest lined up and had no real topic I wanted to cover  on my own so  Just figured I would tell you, the listeners, about some of my favorite spots along the Oregon coast to adventure to for the summer. From the Peter Iredale Shipwreck to Samuel H Boardman Scenic Corridor the Oregon coast is unlike any other coast line in the world. Before I get into another episode of 10 questions I talk a little bit about some travel related things I found on the internet this week. First a google map of all the border crossings in Asia (link Below). Second an Air BNB experience called "around the world in 80 days" that, much like the Jules Verne book takes you to 6 of the 7 continents in 80 days (link below). Once the episode gets rolling I do Lost in Transit's 10 questions with Sara Melotti.   Important links  Sara Menotti  Instagram  Facebook  Behind the Quest  Quest for beauty Website  Spud Groshong  Instagram  Facebook  Twitter  Website  Lost in Transit Podcast  Instagram  Facebook  Twitter  Website The Adventurist - Mongol Rally  Map of Border crossings in Asia - Link to Thorn Tree Page with comments and map link Around the world in 80 - Airbnb Experience
It was in late 2012 that a young budding photographer would have to come take photos of me for an AP Magazine article. Ever since we've been great friends. Currently Josiah works for Shawn Mendes but in the past has toured with many bands including Pierce The Veil and We the Kings. On this episode Josiah dive in to an unusual version of the lost in transit 10 questions format. Enjoy this episode of Lost in Transit. SHOW NOTES

There is a problem some of the worlds most popular tourist attractions are facing and its called overtourism. Over tourism is what happens when a place becomes too popular and tourism becomes unsustainable. In this episode I talk about my experiences with overtourism, some ways to combat it and posting responsibly on social media while you travel.
Ive spent most of this week researching overtourism, Im just not fully ready to create the podcast about it yet so I ask the listeners a question. How much do social media influencers and social media in general contribute to overtourism? If you follow us on social media I love to hear what you think or email us at Lostintransitpc@gmail.com
Welcome to Listener Questions Vol.1. I polled some Questions or topics from the Lost in transit Instagram and from my personal Instagram about topics and or things to discuss and I answered some of them. Just remember when you're traveling not everything is gonna go according to plan and to be as flexible as possible.
