Namaste, I am Gael. My podcast is about Love Light and Universal Harmony and how they are to me A Universal Trinity of Health and Evolution. I am an Artist. A Painter, a Poet and a Musician. I am also a Fervent Practitionner of Buddhist Meditation and through the years, by Focusing on my Breath of Life and Heart Center I have reached an Understanding of Life rooted in Pure Energy.
Like a Cosmic Flower or a Cosmic Tree breathing from my Heart Center to my Roots and vice-versa, breathing from the Center of the Universe. Universal Love is my Faith. Through Earth, Fire, Water, Air and "Aether", Energy is the element that breathes within us and everywhere else in the universe (Etymologically "Aether" - late 14c., "upper regions of space," from Old French ether 12c. and directly from Latin aether "the upper pure, bright air; sky, firmament," from Greek aithēr "upper air; bright, purer air; the sky" opposed to aēr "the lower air", from aithein "to burn, shine," from PIE *aidh- "to burn"). Energy thus links all of Creation Everywhere.
In a period as destabilizing as the current times My Goal is to share the Stability of the Wisdom that I've acquired through the Cultivation of my Faith; my Reflexion and Meditation being my Sole Protection and Weapons in a psychic battle against depression, bipolarism, schizophrenia, nightmares, anxiety and crucifying pain; the darkness that sought to destroy my Light. Harmony is Love, Beauty, Order and Logic. Truth is Love, Beauty Order and Logic. Harmony is Truth. Through Meditation I've learned how to allow the Harmony of my Soul’s Music, inspired to me from the Aether or from Universal Harmony, to destroy the polluting and murdering chaos of schizophrenia. I'd like to share My Experience with You.
