In this episode, I share my personal experience with rheumatoid arthritis and how it impacted my life in my early twenties. After going through a phase of shutting down, feeling hopeless, and living in the victim role, I was inspired to change. Sometimes life can throw you a curve ball that is so intense and profound that you either succumb to the role of victim or persevere and take on the role of the victor. If you're willing to look deeper and discover the hidden lessons within, you may just find knowledge and wisdom to guide you through life. This dis-ease was a huge wake up call that allowed me to transform my life and heal many broken parts of me.
