Love in a Haze of Shock & Awe is a darkly comedic thriller. A woman’s attempt to compel her relationship with her boyfriend forward begins with baking him brownies, but goes incredibly awry when she is confronted by a masked stalker on the fire escape at her apartment window.  Defenseless, terrorized, thrust into life’s corner, she struggles to find safety as she takes on the battle in a scary New York story.  A reaffirming, quirky little mash-up -- as if Girls collided with Only Murders in the Building and got smash-potatoed into I Love Lucy.  Everyone gets a little bloody.  Everyone gets covered in something gooey, and maybe, just maybe she’ll triumph over a dude in pantyhose…on his head…control tops…wtf!.

Can brownie batter save a relationship? Well, it depends on how you use it. Langress is home making brownies for her boyfriend when a masked stalker peeps in from the fire escape. Defenseless, terrorized, she does the only thing she can and confronts them with the bowl of batter. The eggs go everywhere. The batter goes everywhere. And the battle is on.
