I’m not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question. Awhile back , I believe there was some talk about the different types of seam finishes. Could you please direct me to it?

Love this episode! The curvy sewing community you mentioned was SUCH a good resource they answered so many questions I had!
I love this podcast, I find it so inspirational. This episode prompted me to respond as I too am a BRCA2 Triple Negative breast cancer and ovarian cancer survivor. I am flat (after a double mastectomy) I've chosen not to have reconstruction, so I am always on the look out for a pretty, feminine bra pattern with pockets for prosthetics. I am so surprised that I have never found one - surely a design of this type would benefit not only post op women, but anyone who uses breast prosthetics.
There is also Made for Mermaids for pdf patterns. I love making clothes for my grandchildren. The benefit that I find for the children is is you can customize for their many different body types. Also , if they have certain sensitivities, one of my grandchildren can't stand wearing underwear, so I make sure the legging seams are soft. Another grandchild is very petitie ..very small width but is getting taller. One more suggestion, before batch sewing, make sure the item fits and the child likes it. As always, I loved hearing you both.
I really loved and appreciated this show❤️ I have fibromyalgia and depression, so sewing can sometimes be a real undertaking. my son is a quadriplegic. I appreciated hearing the topic of concerns with wheelchairs users and if they need to recline ,which my son often has to do in his chair. thanks again for the topic being discussed 😊
Thank you for the land acknowledgement! I'm an Indigenous sewist with an autoimmune condition :)
thank you so much for sharing this! very brave and touching 🧡
what's the to do list app? i need it.
I, too, love to plan but get disappointed when plans fail to come to fruition. Keep the ideas coming! Also, I don't order fabric online much but I am awaiting my first Blackbird Fabrics order now.
Such a touching podcast! I cried , I laughed, I contemplated. I've a friend 4th stage breast cancer and it really gave me an idea of what she is going through. My sisters have also dealt with breast Cancer. Thank you so very much for sharing so much of your heart ❤️. And thank you Carolyn and Helen for hosting this discussion.
My favourite podcast can't wait for it to come out each Tuesday. Very informative and a nice chatty style show.
Thank you ladies! This is a tremendously informative podcast! You've worked hard to make each podcast a learning experience for us listeners. I so appreciate all that you do!

Great for discovering new sewers, pattern makers, fabric designers...fun and chilked
This episode was great! Already feel better about my fabric stash as I take stock and identify what's in it. Utilizing the app they recommended - Trello, helps enormously.
First time listener and this was a great interview. Loved learning about Carolyn and I will follow her
although I'm just getting familiar with the different types of fabrics, I found this episode really useful to understand more about knits and how to work with them. They are so comfortable, I can't wait to try them out.
