The phrase really goes like this, "That which does not kill us makes us stronger." and I think in every aspect of life that can ring true. I think most of us learn from our mistakes. Sometimes it might take a little longer with people, but that's fine, right? If we could choose "easy" each time we would. In fact a commercial for office supplies created the "easy" button. (They even made them up and sold them to the public!) Mother Nature chooses easy too. The path of least resistance. Go figure. Get tough. Get to it!

There is a new poll out that says on average, we overspend $143 each week on our budgets. I can honestly say that I am not surprised. What are the top 10 things we overspend on? I'm guilty.
