It's HOLIDAY SZNNNN! That means Season 1 of our podcast is almost coming to a close but we have a few more episodes up our sleeves. This week we talk about being a M.O.M while dealing with the upcoming holiday season, the end of 2020 and of course...COVID. 
Lets get a little (more) personal and talk about #mombods! This week we talk about the "snap back" trend of our generation and how our bodies have changed since we had kids.
