My imagination is limited to what I have experienced, what I've read about, been shown. One of my purposes is to open myself to the wonder and awe of the unimaginable. That is why I cultivate my relationship with Her, and especially as She manifests in the children near me, and in the silent woman I love. Becoming still, I am better able to experience their magic. But this stillness is not passive. I think of tango often as I plumb the mystery of this yoga of sexual polarities, this dance of Shakti and Shiva. I think of how, at the centre of her molinete, I am standing still as the polarity of masculine structure. I am the centre, the container, the space through which she unfolds her beauty, her passion, her magical powers. And so, sitting, still, breathing deep into the pelvic bowl of my purpose, I am a powerful presence. My artistry with Her is minimalist in appearance, maximalist in effect. I am not passive as I sit, receive, enjoy. I am powerfully patient, passionate, projective — and almost as still as the stones on which She dances. TODAY'S INSPIRATIONS Intimacy with an awakened woman is like having a genie. When masculine and feminine unite sacred polarity is birthed - the creative manifestation force of the universe. When you hide, run, and let fear take over you miss opportunity for conscious creation. .... honour the moment. (Sat Atvar, Sept 28, 2021) The Conscious Warrior practices the cultivation of wonder and awe. (Wineland, Precept 7) When the time is on you, start, and the pressure will be off. I'll listen. I'll suggest a practice to help you, maybe even some reading to help you move forward if you're stuck. If we're a fit, you may want to book another session, but there's no expectation. I'm here to help, just as I've been helped by men as I've gone through my learning and preparing to be the man I love. It's not easy, but it's simple. Let me help.
In this our third in the series of these conversations men's sex coach Melissa Bloxham starts by asking, Where did you learn about sex? Things go deep from there, though I don't think we adequately answered Melissa's question. Watch for that one to show up again in subsequent conversations. In this episode of the "I don't want to f*ck if I can't feel your love" series I host a panel made up of Melissa, Aumsong Troughton (also a men's sex coach), and men's communication coach Brandon Archer. We are also joined by brave men who listen and then ask their own questions. Again, there is gold here. I'm grateful to Melissa, Aumsong, and Brandon, and our guests, for their vulnerability and honesty in this conversation. As always, I'm looking forward to when we talk about men, women, sex, love again! Please join us! Email me at hans@sacredbodies.ca and I'll add you to the event list with Zoom codes etc. COACHING RESOURCES If after listening you'd like to work with Aumsong, please contact her via her website at aumsong.com If you'd like to work with Melissa, please contact her via her website at melissabloxham.com If you'd like to work with Brandon, please contact him via brandonarcher.com If you'd like to work with me, Hans Peter Meyer, book me via the coaching link at menswork.ca BOOKS & VIDEO CONTENT MENTIONED Request: Please check your local bookstore before defaulting to the billionaire's warehouse. Sacrifice. An old fashioned idea with lots of relevance in this man's life. I been writing about "sacrifice" recently [see below on how to get your Daily Meditations for Men]. It's not something I ever thought I'd be advocating, but today I see it as one of the best ways for me to move through the blocks I've created for myself. I took the opportunity to host this episode of the live #MENSWORK show and make it all about sacrifice. Thanks to the men who listened in, and to the men who added their questions and comments! Thanks for listening! Hans Peter Meyer menswork.ca ps. NOTE: To receive your Daily Meditations & Weekly Practices for Men send me an email at hans@sacredbodies.ca

Yoga for the Sacred Masculine is a series of short classes presented by Hans Peter Meyer at Sacred Bodies. WHO IS IT FOR? This series is for anyone who wants to experience life, love, sex more deeply. It is open to anyone with a body. From a yogic perspective, regardless of our body-form, we all have masculine and feminine energies (aka "energetic bodies") at play in our physical bodies. Strengthening our masculine energies help us to hold space for feminine energies within ourselves, as well as outside of ourselves. FORMAT The series will generally include the following in a 60-minute class: - a short discussion - warm-up asanas (gentle, suitable for all practitioners) - pranayama / breathwork - meditation. BY DONATION If you like what you experience with these Yoga for the Sacred Masculine classes, please consider making a $5-25 contribution. Know that 10% of all Sacred Bodies go to support the work of the Comox Valley Transition Society, creating and hold safe spaces for women and children who are at risk. To contribute, please etransfer to hans@sacredbodies.ca or via PayPal at http://paypal.me/hanspetermeyercom WHY CULTIVATE THE SACRED MASCULINE To better open to the joys and beauty of life — all qualities that come to us by way of our openness to the divine feminine, aka the Goddesses in our lives? Paraphrasing David Deida, If we are a man or woman who is primarily masculine-identified, or if we feel ourselves in a primarily masculine-identified mode, we are identifying more often with our inner masculine gifts, rather than our inner feminine gifts. Nothing wrong with that. But if that is where we are at we want to know how to create and hold stable, trust-worthy masculine structure, that our inner feminine can be felt. Again, why? Because our masculine experience of the world is often, to use Deida’s words, a “dry world of fear.” Our “life is more or less bereft of feminine glory…” It is only through "feeling into the feminine" - whether it’s our own feminine, or the expression of the feminine in the women, children, other men, and world around us — that we begin to experience the “bright colours of heart-surrender,” the sweetness, warmth, and beauty of life itself.
