In today's episode we talk about discipline #3 which is memorizing the word of God. We learn why it is important to memorize the Word, we learn a few of Dr. G's favorite MTC verses as well as guidelines on how to memorize them easier.
We discuss our second Christian discipline - Christian affirmations. We talk about what affirmations are, and how we can see them and use them in our daily lives to enhance our MTC. Dr. Griffith takes us through a quick experience when he shows us how to meditate with our affirmations to get our minds in the correct space. We finish off by talking about memorization techniques to take our affirmations with us through life.

We talk about how studying the Word of God can carry us through tough times in our life, and this assist us in developing a stronger MTC mindset everyday.
