Raynel was also a tour manager for the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, traveling around the world to expand the global community of Jazz. Raynel is currently the Programs Producer at Chelsea Factory and a doctoral student at Bowling Green State University, pursuing a Doctorate in Organization Development and Change.
