Gangadharan (Cochin Haneefa) returns to Pubjabi House to meet his nephew (Dileep) knowing that he is getting married to the Punjabi Girl. But what he did not knew is that Unnikrishan had told the Punjabi's that Gangadharan is not his Uncle and that he got him from sea. When Gangadharan see Unnikrishnan he tries to speak to him using signs but got stunned when hear him speak.
Shambhu (Mohanalal) and Sivan (Mukesh) try to disguise as saints and band troops in an attempt to get into Sardar Krishna Kurup's (Jagathy Sreekumar) house. But each time they were foiled by Damu's uncle (Bahadur). At last they inform the police that Gold is hidden in Sardar's house. When police come to investigate they were beaten by the goons of Sardar assuming that it is again a ploy by Shambhu and Sivan. But later police come to attack in Sardar's house.
Ummachan(Cochin Haneefa) come to Bhuvanachandran's(Dileep) house by taking Umakanthan (Salim kumar) from Hospital. On seeing Ummachan Bhuvan ran out of house and they meet the troops of Paandi Durai (Prakash Raj). Funny scenes and dialogues follow.
Unnithan (Innocent) buys talisman after the incident in the haunted home. He is advised not to speak before tying the talisman in his house. But he in urgent need to satisfy the nature's call. On the way home he finds Dasappan (Ganesh) and make him understand that he need to urgently go to toilet. On reaching home Dasappan makes Bhasura (KPAC Lalitha) horrified by telling that Unnithan got frightened last night and now he cannot talk. Funny scenes follows.
Joji (Mohanlal) leave Nandini (Revathi) in the jungle. But soon she manages to come to their house. On seeing her Nischal (Jagathy Sreekumar) hide the food and plan to eat it after she sleeps. After some time they get ready to eat only to find that Nandini almost finished their food. Very funny scenes and dialogues.
Shankarankutty Menon(Innocent) is buying an old car. He feels very proud of it and tells his servant Vasu (Parvoor Bharathan) to take a ride. After a moment Vasu come back and say that the car had hit a tree.
Unnithan (Innocent) visit the Madamballi house which is supposed to be haunted. He got frightened when a broom fell down unexpectedly. He hurries down to see a chair swinging on its own. He manages to come out of house and after locking the house swiftly leave the place. Later he finds that he left the key in the haunted house. He gets the company of Dasappan (Ganesh) and goes to the house again at night. They were horrified to see the door was unlocked and a women walking around the place. Horror-Comedy scenes.
Sethumadhavan (Mohanlal) was frightened by Chekkodu Swamy (Nedumudi Venu) who was performing pooja against the black magic done by Kurup (Innocent). Whatever be the case Kurup does not accept that he was behind the pot unearthed by the children. Later before breaking the coconut to end the pooja an impatient Sugathan grabs the coconut from Chekkodu Swamy and breaks it. But to Sugathan dismay, nothing happens to Kurup.
Kuthiravattom pappu is called for repairing a road roller. One of the best comedy scenes of all times from movie Vellanakalude Naadu.
Arasummoottil Appukkuttan (Jagathy Sreekumar) coming home after his club got defeated by Victory club. His parents tell that it is great shame for the family to get defeated by the club lead by Thaipparambil Asokan (Mohanlal). Appukkuttan says that it is the fault of his teammates and the next game is chess where only his intelligence is required. Funny dialogues.
Manikyan (Mohanlal) and Karthumbi (Shobhana) lost way after they fled the previous night. They see some tribal people around. Manikyan enquires them about the route to Sreehalli. Comedy dialogues.
