In this episode, Chris, Mick and Moorey reflect back on the first year of Man On! and recall some of the many memories that have made the group be a real success in the local area. We also have a feature interview with Dr Allan Knox, a former Larkfield resident that has now taken his career within the health, fitness and exercise arena to high levels as an Assistant Professor in the USA. Dr Knox's story is very inspiring and he shares the benefits of exercise to mental health whilst discussing how he has achieved his professional success.
In the penultimate episode of this season, we will focus on masculinity and the impact this can have on our mental health. We feature an in-depth discussion with Professor Ross Deuchar, a criminology lecturer at UWS. Ross is also an author and has a real specialism with gangs and the links to mental health. Our first feature is a discussion by local men previewing the start of the Scottish football season and the links this can have on our wellbeing.
