Man in the Middle

Because of very popular demand, the boys are officially back and better than ever. They had a lot of sports to cover, including NBA Finals, Euro 2020, the Cup and much more.  Jedi and Sith was electric, including a much-needed call out from the Beauty Man and the boys finished up with a very interesting Big J question of the week. 

The Lakers are dead, LeBron is complaining and the Beast has to hear about it. The Boys then talk everything first round, then give their picks for the semis in both conferences.  Sleeping Guy leads the boys through a Euro 2020 (in 2021) preview, and why you should join the fellas on the Portugal train.  Plus, Jedi and Sith, and some very important betting lessons.  

The boys are back with some sub-par sports takes on everything NBA playoffs, including the possible death of the Clippers and LeBron's antics. They also talk Julio Jones and the death of real journalism, and they do even get some NHL talk in there.  Sleeping Guy gives his year-end foooootball awards, and a similar betting lesson. 

The boys are back just as the sporting landscape shifts into high gear. They talk play-in, LeBron's heroics/antics, give an NBA playoff preview/picks, PGA championship and even a little hockey.  Then of course they do Jedi and Sith, where the Beauty Man sides with a man twice his age. Finally, they give you a wide range of picks to make you rich. 

You know there is big news in the hockey world when the boys lead with NHL. Tom Wilson was up to his old antics and had the hockey world losing its mind. The boys then talk way too early NFL power rankings and take on some of the biggest talk-show headlines from the NBA.  Then they discuss where they would be selected in a world population basketball draft, as well as some Jedi/Sith. 

The boys do a special live episode during the second and third rounds of the NFL draft. The Beauty Man and the Pats get their guy McCorkle Jones and apparently the "Pats are back." They also give all their takeaways from round one, including some expected Aaron Rodgers slander from the Sleeping Guy. They talk about the return of the King, the Beast gets lost in Jedi and Sith, and of course some picks. 

The boys lead with soccer! What a world. They talk about the Super League that lasted less time than an average Sleeping Guy nap. Then they talk some NFL draft, some NBA MVP, and the Victoria boys go on another rant about resting in the NBA.

The boys are back for another episode where they discuss everything Masters, some NBA, a little MLB and even some hockey??? Then the Beauty Man takes us through a painful week on the sportsbook, and the Beast has a hypothetical for the boys that you are going to want to check out!

The boys are back to recap the end to March Madness, preview the Masters, and much more. They then have a hypothetical scenario to talk over that you are going to want to take a listen to!

The sports world is abuzz and the boys cover it all. NFL, MLB, and of course some Final Four talk.  They then have a discussion on some of their most iconic sports venues, and then the boys try and stay hot with some picks. 

We are onto the Sweet 16 and the boys had some big takeaways from the first two rounds of the tourney! They also talk about the NFL trade and some NBA trade deadline winners and losers. Sleeping Guy then helps everyone out and gives his top spots for a good siesta. 

The bracket is here and it is beautiful! After some brief NFL free agency talk, the boys take you first all the first and second-round games of tourney!  Will it be a perfect bracket? Only time will tell. Then they finish up with everyone's favourite segment, Jedi and Sith of the week.

The boys are back in action where they talk about Dak's new contract, All-star festivities, as well as some NCAA conference tourney action. Liam has another guest on for his Jedi of the week that causes the boys to reminisce, and they talk a little CFL/XFL merger. Finally the boys give you some winning picks... that might be a little out of date... but hey, at least they were winners!

We are into the best sporting month of the year.... no bias here! The boys talk more NFL free agency, NBA finals and awards, and start gearing up for the TOURNEY. Some Jedi/Sith, and then some picks to get the listeners rich.  

The boys are back after a well-earned week off and are ready to take on the post-NFL world.  But that doesn't mean there aren't NFL topics to be discussed. In this episode, they discuss Russell Wilson possibly on the trading block, JJ Watt fits, and make some predictions on QB landing spots. It was a tough episode for the Sleeping Guy, as they also discuss Kyle Lowry trade rumours. Some other topics discussed include: are the Jazz the best team in the league, trouble in Lala Land, and their thoughts on the Tiger Woods accident.  Finally, as always there is a thrilling Jedi and Sith, a spirited rant, and the Beast puts the boys through a "would you rather" gauntlet.

In the very last post-NFL podcast of the season, the boys talk all things Super Bowl. How much does this hurt Patrick Mahomes legacy? Is Andy Reid at all to blame? Did Tom make it to the after-party at the parade? And much more. They also talk Russell Wilson drama with the sleeping guy, NBA MVP, and some Raps.  The Beauty Man has an off the top rant, and the gentleman describe their ideal athlete dinner. Finally, the boys still end with some picks to keep you winning money in other sports. 

In a very special Super Bowl preview/The Beast's bday episode, the boys go over their take on the biggest storylines for the big game, including their x-factors.  They also talk Stafford/Goff where the Beast attempts to hold back his smile, some Nets talk, and a new Sleeping Guy segment.  But most significantly, the boys have their first female guest on for a very poignant rant about an incredibly important subject.  Finally, the boys give their Super Bowl picks, including some of their favourite prop bets.   

In a very special episode of Man in the Middle, the boys welcome their first guest to recap the Conference Championships and, more importantly, debate the legacy of Aaron Rodgers. Jedi and Sith, a Beauty Man's rant, and the boys make their initial picks on the Super Bowl! 

Conference Championship time!!  The Beast mourns for the Rams, and the boys recap all the divisional action. They talk MLK day in the NBA, the Nets' new big 3, and their thoughts on the Tiger documentary.  The Sleeping Guy gives a hilarious recount of a media member being put in his place, while surprise, surprise, the Beauty Man brings out some pretty impressive Tom Brady numbers in his rant. Finally, the three stooges finish by predicting who will be on their way to Tampa Bay in two weeks time with the second last NFL picks segment of the season!

A full recap of a packed wildcard weekend, including the Beast, getting sweet, sweet revenge on the Sleeping Guy as the Rams send the Seahawks to Cabo. The boys also talk questionable punts, the Nickelodeon game, and some Heinicke magic.  There is also some major NBA news to go over, and the debut of the Beast's college basketball poem that he fails miserably at. Plus, the Sleeping Guy talks about soccer and the Beauty Man gives love to some substances.  Finally, the boys make their picks for the divisional round in the debut of a brand new segment.
