I learn about his work as a visual artist that is also passionate about music, creating large scale work and challenging himself to paint on various surfaces. I ended the interview by asking JahLove about his thoughts on Freedom and Independence. He briefly talks about the challenges he faces today in Nigeria with kidnappings at a high rate and how that relates to past slavery in West African countries and the importance of freedom today.
