I had the pleasure of working for Phyllis earlier in my career. What a champion of diversity and inclusion she was! She could teach those who claim to hold the values of D&I in theory only not to use the concepts as props for social media posts. The only surprise for me is that after all these years Phyllis has yet to be promoted to CLO. At a minimum, they should drop "Deputy" from her title.
