"Married To The Boss " is a weekly podcast where we explore the unique challenges that arise when a married couple decide to run a business together. Wilmer, together with his wife and partner, Elle, share their experiences as successful coffee importers while navigating the intricacies of managing a family business. The couple share their story and offer small business tips as well as how they grapple with the added complexities of raising two children, one of whom has special needs, navigating the family VISA process, cultural differences, and dealing with in-laws.
