Marveling at Marvel's Marvels

When Marvel heroes disagree as to the appropriate response to a tragedy, what do they do? Go to war! But civilly, of course...  Listen to us explain the landmark 2006 comic series, Civil War.  Then join the conversation on our Discord server:  https://discord.gg/tJyKc7DJA3

"Hear me out, Jack: Blackagon Boltagar. Perfect name for a superhero. The kids can call him Black Bolt." "What's his story?" "He's a king! But he can't talk and refuses to learn sign language. And he might be illiterate" "What? How about his powers?  "ELECTRONS!! And if he whispers to you, your head will explode" "Cripes, Stan, you gotta lay off the nose candy..."

You might be wondering, "How could they do a Carnage episode without talking about Shriek?" Well, because we had a whole Shriek episode coming! Or, you could be asking, "Who the hell is Shriek?" Either way, this this is the episode for you!

Everybody loves Venom, right? What if we made Venom more extreme and made out of blood? We can make him even more extreme with a name like "Carnage". And give him an extreme,  edgy catchphrase, like "Carnage Rules!" Gold, solid gold. Send it to press.

It's a brand new day for Spider-Man and Josef: Have we finally found a superhero movie he loves?
