I'm a techie (I know, I'm a class traitor lol) and not to excuse Facebook (they still steal data), but the whole "they keep comments you type but don't delete" isn't actually stored. It's temporarily stored when you're typing something so you don't lose the text by accidental mis-touch somewhere or you click a button. The text is wiped from memory once you exit & close the app or it times out after a certain period if you don't close it. So they don't literally store the comments you don't submit lol, but it does so temporarily.
