It's Friday and the weekend, starts here. It seems as if the president is tired of trying to convince the people that prices are coming down as he declared his point with some real "dad energy". In breaking news, Wisconsin's FoodShare program is fully up and running according to Governor Tony Evers. Then, every Friday we're joined by Civic Media's Political Editor Dan Shafer to recombobulate all the news from the week and we're discussing Tuesday's elections and what it could mean for Wisconsin going into the 2026 campaign season. And The White House is asking the courts to allow them to not help people, even though, they were told (by the courts), to help people. News broke this morning that Speaker Emerita and Congressional Titan Nancy Pelosi will retire after her current term and we want to know - did she take a cue from Jane Matenaer? There are new jobs numbers show out today and they don't look good for the economy or The White House, but don't worry, the economy is great and gas prices are great and you're doing great, even if you don't know it. We ask whether or not the jobs numbers, along with Tuesday's elections will give pause to even those who are in The MAGA stronghold. Then, Jim Santelle is a former US Attorney and host of Amicus: A Law Review and he talks to us about the case before The US Supreme Court regarding tariffs and why it might not be good for the Trump Administration. And in case you didn't know it - Attorney General Pam Bondi can time travel and with this power, comes no responsibility, at all. We'll probably never understand the lives of the very wealthy and very famous, but its safe to say we know that bringing bioengineering into the pet selection process is something nobody should do, especially when you can adopt. Jeannie Brill is settling into her first term as a State Representative for Wisconsin's 27th District and she has a new bill up for consideration and it gets right to the point: voting drop boxes are bad and they should go away. This doesn't sit well with Democrats and some Republicans, nor does it jive with a decision from The Wisconsin Supreme Court, but that's not stopping her, she has a higher calling. Then, it was election night in America with The Democrats enjoying the overall results and The GOP losing their overall minds. We look at the big takeaways and hear from you on what the Left needs to do with this information. As always, thank you for listening, texting and calling, we couldn't do this without you!
