What I learned from losing momentum for my podcast: 6 natural productivity hacks.

It’s not about supplements, oils, and vegetables. The lack of planning, personal worries, and having so much to do have affected my momentum. I lost energy and struggled to do some quality work last week. If this trend continues, I could lose all the work I have put into my brand, such as my podcast and newsletter (my YouTube channel is already on the brink of failure). I did a personal energy audit and discovered I had abandoned the - set of natural productivity hacks that boosted my productivity last year. I call them MERDSS, and I talk about them in this episode. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/what-i-learned-from-losing-momentum-my-podcast-6-eyo-rodp-mie-cgxef

The 5 WHYs of Purpose in Ideation

Three weeks ago, I started this podcast. Today, I'm starting again - a new 3-part series. It's about something you might already know, but there's a twist. In ideation, you ask 'why' or 'whys' but I propose that you ask 5 specific 'whys.' This episode is about the first 'why.' The other 'whys' will follow in two other episodes. I hope you find it interesting. Matters of Growth has a newsletter instead of show notes. Check it out here. Subscribe on LinkedIn https://bit.ly/MoGNewsletter

How to Get 50x Better in a Year

In the first episode of my podcast, I talk about a developing idea I hope to flesh out in the coming episodes. I have termed it the 50x multiplier. It is an exponential continuous development principle that can yield life-transforming outcomes. The offer is simply that you perform your corporate tasks and personal obligations 1x better weekly, as they are often required. By the end of the year or 50 weeks later, you would have performed them 50x better. The 50x multiplier contrasts many personal development principles that demand you mirror others. I ask you to outperform yourself on meaningful tasks.
