I found this girl because she is 50% of MuscleNerds education and I was intrigued by her approach to health and fitness. Today's episode I sat down with Zoe Knight where she took me through the first time she fell in love with health and fitness but also her other half and her family of Daisy, Frank and Pablo. A bloody great conversation with a very intelligent woman who has a wealth of knowledge about the human body, I'm very lucky she shared this with me and now you!

I had the opportunity to speak to Dr Cliff Harvey nutritionist, naturopath, author and founder of Holistic Performance Institute about the topics that seem to be always circulating not only in the fitness industry but also within average population and especially around weight-loss.
If you are finding it difficult to adhere and be consistent in your food choices and find yourself jumping to different diets then you are not alone.
This episode addresses not only the need of energy balance but also that everyone's life is different with various external stresses and factors that may play a role in your health and fitness journey.
I hope it helps.

This an episode in Arabic with my Mum Yasmin.
My Mum has been my inspiration for a very long time especially as I get older and understand the journey and the struggles she has gone through to be here so strong.
Coming to a foreign country with my Dad and five kids and beginning an amazing life, her positive attitude and light hearted outlook on life is refreshing and I hope I get a sprinkle of her strength.
All my Arabic people excuse my pronunciations but I hope you enjoy this episode.

We all have obstacles both great and small but this doesn't mean we need to give up on our 1. appearance 2. Ultimate happiness.
Have a listen if you want to laugh and get some perspective on your current situation.
I hope this helps.

If today's time isn't the best time to let go of all the disappointment and anger then I don't know when your next life altering opportunity will arise.
Today's episode is another 'day in the life of Sally' and how I did my research both on the internet and in my brain files to forgive someone who hurt me and move on.
If you have been struggling with anger and even resentment there is no timeline for forgiveness but remember there is a timeline for us.
How much baggage do you want to carry with you in this life and possibly the next? If you believe in that sorta stuff.
I hope it helps.

Today I sat down with an amazing person Pam Li who has defied the odds of gender, age and time to be this force that continues to help other people be the best version of themselves.
How does she do it when she's a Mum, wife and business owner?
It's cumulative, it takes time and failure.
I hope you enjoy this episode and I hope it helps.

Mel loves to go hiking and go out to the beach and she loves Aussie birds which has helped her have a different perspective on life especially what she has and is currently going through.

The C word is something I couldn't bring myself to say even when someone close to me had to go through it twice. Every person goes through it differently and no specialist or doctor could ever give you the answer to the question we all search for "why me?".
I sit down and interview an amazing lady, mother and human Shelby as she takes me through her journey and what she did next after her diagnosis.

*trigger warning, this episode contains a story from my guest about loss and miscarriage*
Recently I was watching the news and The federal government has introduced legislation that will add miscarriage to the compassionate and bereavement leave entitlement, which means two days of paid leave will be provided to those who miscarry before 20 weeks.
That made me think how hard it would be to go through a miscarriage and then just get back to work, so I decided to interview a brave woman who shared her story was vulnerable throughout this episode so someone out there who isn't so brave and not ready yet could find a micro solice in this episode.
Please see professional help if you are not coping but also see below companies that are a great resource

Go for a walk, do some squats or sit down and chill while you listen to this honest approach from a leading health professional.
Please note that some of this content can be a trigger for some people. Please go to your GP or seek professional help if you are not coping and need help.

Today's podcast I was joined by an amazing trainer Tracey Lunam. I sat down with Tracey and we discussed exercise, wine and cooking.
Tracey also made an amazing point about timing, sometimes things in the universe don't align and we find ourselves so overwhelmed- what do we do? We keep moving and we focus on moderation and trying to balance work, family, exercise and fitting that all into a nice pair of comfy pj's.
Hope you enjoy it.
Sally
