Description

Hi, I'm Dr Kyla! A paediatric dietitian, fussy eating specialist, and mum of two. I'm the founder of the online Mealtimes Memberships that help parents just like you experience a confident and guilt-free way of feeding children. It's so cool and also kind of scary to be here in your ears in a podcast! Maybe you've heard me rant about things for years on Instagram or maybe you're new to the work I do, but welcome regardless. I'm here to comment on, debunk and occasionally rant about things that have you confused about feeding your children. As a paediatric dietitian with 17 years experience working with kids and families particularly around fussy eating, as well as a PhD in childhood weight management, I am highly qualified to help you sort through the misinformation out there and find a way of feeding your family that feels like a good fit for you. I honestly think it can be much easier than it currently is and that we have a responsibility to raise the next generation to feel confident around food and feel good about their bodies. In this podcast, I'm your agony aunt but for all things feeding kids. Welcome to Mealtimes with Dr Kyla!
