This breathing exercise acts like a natural tranquilizer for your body and mind. I enjoyed this meditation but felt it abruptly ended with a pitch for the show. Would be better with a transition into wakefulness first. I understand the need for the pitch, but I didn't really take it all in because I was not fully 'awake' so it spoiled the meditation for me and didn't really achieve it's goal.
