How would it feel to have a "super power" that allows you to be more and more blocked to the negative stuff that comes at you in life. This meditation speaks to your subconscious mind to help you become more and more blocked to the negative, and open to the positive in life.

Starting from the top of our heads... relaxing... letting go of tension, worries, and stress. Letting the water of the rain, or the spray of the shower, relax us away...
Creating a little movement with the breath leads to flow, centeredness, and feeling very chill. If you are someplace where moving your arms while listening would seem weird or awkward you can totally do this movement meditation by moving your hands, or fingers, or even your toes! While this meditation focuses on anxiety you can substitute ANY perceived negative feeling - anger, frustration, lack of focus, lack of clarity, etc. Pick one and any time I say "anxiety" in this week's meditation just say your word in your mind instead - and let it go...

This practice is especially powerful to use when we are experiencing anxiety, tension, irritation, sadness, grief and even full on anger. That said... it's a great idea to practice it several times on less "amped up" feelings first! :-)

This meditation for pain release can help both with new injury pain as well as the more chronic types. Some people even love to use it for soothing painful emotions like anger, frustration, and sadness. Like many people I experience chronic pain (mine is due to a car accident from many years ago). This is one of the practices I use to soften and release my pain when it builds up. Of course some days (and weeks) are better than others so it's always great to have a go-to when we need it.
