I鈥檓 so excited to share with you that the Women鈥檚 Meditation Network has released a brand new podcast! It鈥檚 called Sleep Sounds for Women. 聽It鈥檚 filled with relaxing sleep meditation music, ambient noise, nature sounds, binaural beats, white noise and more, created with love for women and those who identify as women. 聽Each episode is 1 hour long, so all you have to do is press play, close your eyes and let the sounds ease you into deep sleep. I have been using sleep sounds for my girls for years now. 聽And I tend to love the sounds of running water and simple white noise. 聽The sounds always help my mind shut down while my body melts into my bed at night. The voice is EXTREMELY annoying - patronising and tries waaaay to hard. Just talk normal. Such a shame, because the podcast could have been so good.
