I've been lookin for something like this, am so excited to get information to help me treat my menopausal symptoms without HRT. I tried HRT, low on the 3 important hormones, and even the lowest dose caused breast tenderness. From listening to the podcast I was reminded a doctor years ago told me I was low on DHEA. I just ordered Quicksilver DHEA, and fingers crossed it helps with my nonexistent libido, hot flashes, and aches and pains. I am listening and learning so much, and have confidence I'll be able to turn things around on my own through diet and with supplements where needed with the guidance from your podcast. thank you!
