In this episode, Lisa dives into a powerful — and often overlooked — dynamic in the menstrual cycle coaching space: triangulation. This can show up when a well-meaning spouse, partner, parent, or friend steps into the coaching process, sometimes unintentionally undermining the client’s progress. Whether you're a coach or someone on your own healing journey, Lisa unpacks: What triangulation is (and what it isn’t) How to spot it in your clients — or yourself Why it can keep people feeling stuck or disempowered How to set clear, loving boundaries Ways to support clients in navigating overbearing relationships How to move from confusion to clarity and empowerment Lisa also shares how this topic ties into her professional training at Menstrual Coach Academy — a 6-month program for coaches and facilitators ready to go deeper into their skillset. In this episode, Lisa explores the quiet yet powerful force of belief — specifically, what happens when we lack belief in ourselves, and how the belief of others can become a catalyst for change. Whether you're navigating your own growth or holding space for others as a coach, Lisa dives into: How self-doubt shows up in sneaky, everyday ways Why belief is so deeply tied to our past experience. How to begin rebuilding your own self-belief The life-changing impact of having someone believe in you How to hold belief for others—friends, partners, clients The role of belief in transformational coaching relationships Plus, Lisa shares how this concept of belief is woven into her 6-month professional training for coaches and facilitators at the Menstrual Coach Academy—where you can deepen your presence, confidence, and impact as a guide. 🌷Links and References 🌷  💜 Doors to the Menstrual Coach Academy are now open. In this episode, Lisa chats through what it means to suppress positive emotions such as love, joy, excitement, and gratitude.  In the wellness and healing space, we often hear about what happens when we suppress difficult emotions such as fear or anger, and the impact that has on our nervous system and experience of chronic pain.  But today, Lisa discusses how the same is true for suppressing more positive feelings.  Positive feelings can also be overwhelming and there is a vulnerability in experiencing them. She shares with you ways that you can embody the somatic intensity, and how to hold curiosity and compassion for yourself in this piece of personal process work.  This topic is taken from one of Lisa's 7 Menstrual Cycle Mastery Skills ~ Emotional Clarity.
