“The jury’s out” is a legal term that refers to the fact that the jury has not yet come to a judgment over the person/case. We have a tendency in life to operate opposite of that and make quick judgments of people. We look at others through eyes of judgment versus the eyes of Jesus. During this series we are going to challenge the way we judge, discern, and interact with others. Click here for small group discussion questions.

During the month of April many of the REFRESH churches (refreshchurches.com) in our County are demonstrating unity in the body of Christ by teaching through the book of James. We at Lakeland are calling this series Practical Christianity for Dummies. We all struggle to put feet to our faith at times in our lives and there is no greater book in scripture that more practically and clearly gives us insight on how to do that best. If you, like all of us, feel like a dummy at times when it comes to your faith, you'll love this series. Click here for small group discussion questions
