Mets Legends Cast

In a continuation of our conversation from last week, Rob and Alex begin to grapple with the inevitable question: of the impending free agents, who stays? Who goes? Will the polar bear continue slugging in orange and blue? Will Manaea continue to build off his breakout season with the Mets? Will we have any more postgame concerts with Candelita? Sevy? Winker? Bader’s drippy fits?

Rob and Alex get together to discuss the still fresh wound of losing in GAME SIX OF THE NLCS against the Dodgers, as well as the magical late summer run that got them there. They then reflect on the instant reactions from the players, media personalities, and fans alike - including a dramatic reading of John Mayer's Instagram post celebrating Francisco Lindor.

Rob and Alex make their triumphant return after an extended layoff amid life changes. After catching up, the boys ponder how to best summarize the Mets Season so far. Then, they look at the Deadline moves and how they reflect David Stearns’ vision for the club. Finally, after giving their opinions on the current outlook of the Mets, Rob and Alex ask, would you be okay if the Mets still missed missed the playoffs?

It’s been awhile, eh? But Rob and Alex are back giving you the scoop on the start of the off-season for the Metsies and a recap of all that has happened since we last met!

The Mets made a bunch of trades! We are here to breakdown what happened.
