Michael Freund

Michael Freund is the father of five sons, four of whom have served in elite IDF combat units. He has resided in Israel for the past 25 years, and he was Deputy Communications Director in the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office for Binyamin Netanyahu. He is the founder of Shavei Israel in Jerusalem.

Column writer and author, Michael Freund contributes a segment to the Jerusalem Post, Israel’s largest English language daily newspaper. He graduated with honors from Princeton University before completing his MBA in Finance at Columbia University. A proud father, he has raised five sons, four who served in Elite IDF combat units.
