We don’t typically get on our soap box but this week it seems something needs to be said for the way hunters treat one another. We have a serious issue in the hunting community that stems from jealousy and ignorance when it comes to our support of other hunters and it’s time we make a change. There aren’t enough of us left to be spending our time tearing each other down. We need to come together and protect our rights and privileges. Let’s do better together. When you go hunting, whether in your own state or while on a trip to a different state or even Canada, there are specific laws about how to transport your birds legally. We discuss whether or not the current laws are actually promoting wanton waste. We also test Carter and Cal’s basic knowledge and talk about some other relevant hunting situations. This week we have a special episode for you guys coming to you from the Ducks Unlimited Expo in Memphis, TN. We were invited to guest host an episode of the DUX livestream while we spent the weekend in Memphis with friends and we were lucky enough to be joined by two extremely educated individuals in Dr. Steve Adair and Dr. Jerad Henson. This week we wanted to talk about a crazy story we were sent about the ducks in Green Bay. Apparently, the water has become so tainted that the DNR is advising people not to eat their harvested ducks in that area.
