I am back like I never left! I have been doing some reading and I finally came across a book from Dave Ramsey titled “Total Money Makeover” and this book contains his 7 step program for financial freedom. In this episode I outline those steps and talk about the importance of each. I think it is important to have an open mind and to be receptive to different ways of thinking about your money and I am actually going to be giving it a try myself. I will be doing my best to include more episodes on handling debt and saving more so that you feel more inclined to invest or invest more than you currently are. Hope you enjoy! Its tough out here for a millennial. We just can’t seem to get ahead and building wealth seems like a fantasy. You can blame it on the cost of education, previous generation, recessions, the fact that financial literacy isn’t taught in schools and a host of other things. I am about solutions though which is why I have this podcast, in this episode I explain how the cards are stacked against us but I also give 3 pieces of advice that can guide you towards financial freedom. I also break down how I spend my money in an attempt to provide a template for those of you who want a more practical example. I have been podcast for about 2 years now and have a huge backlog of episodes. I cover topics ranging from paying down debt, to improving your credit, how to get started investing and everything in between so make sure to explore for anything you might find useful. If you can’t find something, leave a review and rating and I will be on it. You can also find me on social media: @them2mpodcast on all platforms! Thank you for listening! Break down of the math: $800 -$300 (invested) -$200 (savings) -$40 (donated) And the rest you can find out in the show. #keepitonemillion --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/paris-grant/support
