Episode 40 is with a special guest and friend, Geoff Liang of Go Float Burlington! Removing these stimulants allow us to achieve a state of relaxation that is rare and much needed. Geoff is the owner of Go Float, located in Burlington, Ontario. He explains the benefits and misconceptions around floating and why everyone should be doing this at least once a month.
