We will learn: How even little traumas get stored in the body Why is it necessary to deal with anxiety cognitively as well as physiologically Useful tools for self-regulating emotions, including an easy “hack” for activating the parasympathetic nervous system We all have triggers. No matter what’s going on in the world. Learning to manage you triggers can be incredibly helpful for a happy life. Expecting everyone else to cater to your triggers is just not realistic, nor is it really their responsibility. Your triggers are your responsibility. You can either go through life limiting your experience to make sure you stay in your safe little bubble, or you can start to develop some resilience. When we start to uncover these things we realize that often the thing we think is the problem, is just a symptom that’s going to keep coming back until we figure out what’s really underneath it. So that’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Dr. Nima Rahmany. He specializes in helping people get to the ROOT CAUSE of their physical and emotional challenges. After building a successful chiropractic practice, he sold his clinic to pursue his passion for teaching and coaching professionals who are stressed, depressed, and anxious to transform and have their best year ever. We will learn: How to give new meaning to our labels How mental illness can actually be used as guidance How to give yourself grace during low periods How are you feeling? With all these changes in the world, feeling like you’re struggling is totally justified. But that doesn’t make it easier. Maybe you have full-blown everyday depression, maybe just depressive episodes that hit you unexpectedly, or maybe even just like a dull cloud that follows you around. Either way, it can be hard to talk about. But there’s also some really important reasons why you should talk about it.  Getting things out of your head makes them easier to process. It helps you feel connected. It’s more common than you think. There’s growth in vulnerability. It helps others feel less alone. And most importantly, it’s healing. So today, we’re talking about it. Our guest is John Moe.  John Moe has had a hugely successful career. He’s has served as host of national public radio broadcasts such as Weekend America, his reporting has been on major broadcasts, he’s written for top publications like NY Times Magazine - and he’s also human.  He suffered from depression and decided to open up the dialogue and start talking about it with other big names in a way it’s not often talked about - with humor. He now hosts the podcast The Hilarious World of Depression and has a book of the same title. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit
We will learn: How to unlearn control How to decipher your knowing from your programming Different ways to access your internal guidance system Do you ever just get a gut feeling that something’s off? Or a nagging feeling your should do something like… call someone? Or take a different route home?  I think we can all relate to that… but what gets a little stickier at times is calling on that sense of knowing at will. Your knowing guides you toward all the things our souls are calling in for you. Your purpose, your person, your tribe, your hobbies… When you start to recognize that voice and lean into it, you start feeling guided in your life. Always. It’s hard to feel lost or stuck because that voice is always with you nudging you in a new direction. Our guest is Raquel Vasallo, the best selling author of “Spiritual Seductress, The High-Powered Women’s Guide to Devour the World through Spiritual Guidance.” She is the pre-eminent Spiritual Advisor to female Visionaries and Leaders. She is an International Speaker, Mystic Artist and Feminine Leadership Trendsetter. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit
We will learn:  How the patriarchy manifests inside of everyone 5 myths we live by and how they affect every aspect of our lives How to break free of our invisible cages Do you ever just feel like there’s this constant pressure floating above your head? To be a good citizen or a good partner, or to be a certain kind of successful, or to fit in… We tend to place expectations on ourselves that aren’t necessarily always our own. Maybe you’re constantly thinking of what you should do, or you hate breaking the rules, or you feel the need to look or act a certain way in public. Or maybe you put others ahead of yourself, or you’re a perfectionist. These tendencies negatively affect your relationships, career, and well-being. They keep you from finding your voice or getting your ideas out into the world.  As our guest today says, “it’s the blindspot that’s zapping most of your power as a creative badass. Today we’re talking to Majo Malfino. She’s author, designer, and women’s leadership expert. She guides women to design and share a creative dream with the world.  Learn more about your ad choices. How to transform trauma and victim mentality How and why to face our triggers How cancel culture dehumanizes us This episode is one big trigger warning. We talk about the things that people are scared to talk about, or that people are currently being shamed to talk about or even ask questions about. So prepare to potentially be triggered… in a good way! Avoiding your triggers limits your experience. It puts you in an echo chamber of confirmation bias, and and it builds the self belief that you can’t handle being exposed to people, thoughts or opinions that are not your own. It’s important to share alternative ways to handle our differences and our disagreements. I think it’s important to highlight the real repercussions of shutting people down for not adhering to one way of thinking. Our guest is Imari. He is a life coach and keynote speaker, he takes abstract ideas and transformational concepts and delivers them in a tangible way that allows the people he works with to rewire their minds, literally changing their reality from the inside out. Neither of us claim to have it all figured out, but I think it’s really hard to figure anything out if you’re afraid to ask questions and get vulnerable and have open dialogues. How to find our intimacy blindspots How to define a relationship by your own standards How to learn to flow and dance with life Usually people view intimacy as either having sex, or sharing personal information. I think those are just byproducts. I think of intimacy as deeply knowing someone, and feeling deeply known. But in order to feel deeply known, I think you have to deeply know yourself. Knowing yourself gives you the power to choose and design your life to fit your needs and desires.   What if instead of spending so much time, finding the one, we spent that time finding ourselves so we could attract someone to us who loves us exactly for who we are, and who we were becoming on our terms instead of theirs? That’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Allana Pratt. She a go-to authority for those who have suffered heartbreak and are ready to live unapologetically and attract an open-hearted, ideal relationship. She’s all about helping you develop a healthy, intimate relationship with ourselves first, which naturally attracts and enhances your ideal partnerships. Show Notes: Learn more about your ad choices. Why so many women don’t experience orgasm How to heal over stimulation How to come to open your energy for full body orgasms Personally, I wish we were all having MORE conversations about orgasms. Orgasms are amazing. We should all be having them, but we’re not.  About 75 percent of all women never reach orgasm from intercourse alone — that is without the extra help of sex toys, hands or tongue. And 10 to 15 percent never climax under any circumstances. Maybe that’s because of anatomy, I tend to think a lot of it has to do with shame.  Maybe you’re a little shy about sex, or maybe you haven’t experienced orgasm with a partner, or ever… or maybe your sex life is just kinda mundane or unsatisfying and you have this feeling that you could open up to something more. What if you could just let your guard down and tap into your deep sexual desire? That’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Sofia Sundari. She is a tantra teacher, and author of the book Liberation into Orgasm. She also facilitates courses on sacred sexuality, helping people all over the world return to their original erotic innocence, power, and love. Sign up for Mind Love Premium here. How to untangle the mixed messages we receive about success How to let go of the toxic archetypes that hold us back How to get really good at receiving The number one thing that sets people successful apart from those who settle is the ability to work through their fear and doubt. We are limitless beings, and we’re only held back by the way we view ourselves and by what we THINK our limitations are. That’s why learning to push through that fear is so important because every time you succumb to the fear, you reinforce that limitation. Every time you push through it, you expand that limitation. You build a new self belief. You prove to yourself that you’re more capable that you thought you were yesterday. That you CAN do something even though it’s scary.  And that usually the payoff is totally worth the push. So that’s what we’re diving into today. Our guest is Gina Devee. She went from being a struggling psychotherapist (who lived at home with her parents) to a globetrotting entrepreneur. Now she has a multi-million dollar business all about empowering women to live life to the fullest. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit
The physical vs spiritual womb The significance of the 49th day of pregnancy Ways to energetically connect to your unborn baby throughout the journey Pregnancy can be really hard. Between morning sickness, fatigue, headaches, and constipation, it can sometimes feel like pregnancy is happening TO you.  But what if you can change your experience? What if you could connect with your baby on spiritual level throughout your pregnancy? Today’s guest is Dr. Shawn Tassone, author of a book called Spiritual Pregnancy. This book was able to show me my pregnancy in a new light which helped me transform my relationship with the whole pregnancy experience. He says that each trimester offers different levels of emotional, spiritual, and physical connections. And all of this can heighten your awareness of yourself and your unborn child.  Each day, looking at it through this lens helps me feel a little less like I’m failing pregnancy and a little more like a warrior coming into being. The dangers of claiming fear as a collective How to dismantle your persona to step into a higher realm How to move beyond your limited perspective and into a place of true manifestation When the future feels more uncertain than ever, who better to speak with that someone with direct access to the realm of truth and love? When you think about it, because the future is always uncertain, the only difference is whether or not we have fear. So what if we bring confidence to uncertainty? That mindset shift can change your whole perceptive of the reality that we’re living in. Our guest today is Paul Selig, one of the foremost spiritual channels in the world.  For me, Paul Selig is the voice that helps shift into the higher version of me. It seems every time I going to a dark place, he’s got a livestream that totally shifts my perspective. So let’s step into the other realm. Show Notes: Learn more about your ad choices. Visit
How to transform fears into positive actions The importance of transforming our failing Death Economy into a Life Economy and what that means How we can change our lives and defend our world against current destructive polices and systems Do you ever look around our world and think, “With the way things are goin, I’m not sure we’ll survive much longer.” Not to be morbid but between greed and climate change and who knows, maybe AI, it’s kinda natural to be worried. Both sides of the political spectrum don’t seem to have the most optimistic predictions: we’re either out in 10 years due to climate change, or we’re losing all our personal freedoms to communism. And here I am just trying to think happy thoughts and trust everything is always working out perfectly. I do believe in divine design. I do believe that the universe is always supporting us for our highest good no matter what. But you have to meet the universe halfway. We can’t bring into form a better world without doing our part to create it. With everything going on in the world, what can you do to make the world a better place and create a more satisfying life for yourself? Our guest is John Perkins. He was actually an “economic hit man” as he calls it. His book Chasing the Jaguar is all about what each of us can do to actually change our world into a new reality. How to let go, to stop trying so hard and be ok with who you are Subtle ways to control tendencies How to see your limitations as guidance toward a new way of being Did you know that 11% of school aged kids and 19% of high school age boys have been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD? It hasn’t alway been this way, in fact the numbers nearly doubled from the late nineties to the late 2000s. We do live in an over-diagnosed society, but at the same time, the world we live in breeds distraction. I have a history of ADD, and after growing tired of being anchored to a legal methamphetamine, I decided to take it on holistically. My diet, my habits, my self beliefs, my intention, and, maybe most importantly, getting really clear about my why have made more of a difference that medication ever did.  So today we’re going to be having a discussion on ADD and how to cope, you know just two adult ADD kids figuring shit out. Our guest is Eli Weinstein. He’s a Social Work therapist who has gone through his own struggles with anxiety, ADHD, and men’s issues (being a new dad, body image issues, relationships, and general self-esteem/confidence) and he has firsthand experience leading children through this journey. We will learn: How to identify your mental blind spots How our ego creates our own glass ceiling How to stop using force and start using real power When it comes to our goals and our dreams, most of the time, we know what we really need to do, we just don’t do it. Either we talk ourselves out of it, or we procrastinate, or we chicken out. And then we spiral. Every time we manage to avoid doing those things that will move us closer to our dreams, we build a self belief against our on success. It’s these beliefs that subconsciously drive our lives. So how do we release these blocks? Wouldn’t it be great if we could just choose to let go of all this baggage we’ve picked up over the years? That’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Mia Hewett, a human potential expert. She has co-owned and operated a seven-figure business, she’s an international speaker, and a world-class business coach. She’s also the founder of Aligned IntelligenceTM or A.I.M., A methodology that removes all blind spots, fear, anxiety, and self-doubt to have you feel empowered, make better decisions. #fabfitfunpartner Use cose MINDLOVE for $10 off at Show Notes: Learn more about your ad choices. Sign up for Mind Love Premium to listen to the full episode! We will learn: How to identify which cognitive biases you’re most vulnerable to  When to use feeling and when to use logic in your decisions  5 questions to ask to avoid judgment errors We talk a lot about getting in touch with your intuition and letting that inner voice guide you… but what about straight up logical decision making?  Intuition is powerful, especially because our conditioning cuts us off from it completely. But it’s that same conditioning that creates our cognitive biases.  Most of the time, we humans want to confirm what we already believe or what we want to believe. Sometimes it’s difficult to differentiate between when our soul is guiding us toward and when we’re experiencing an oversight in our mental processing. In a time where we’re craving truth more than ever, how do we unmuddle our complicated minds? Today we’re going to put aside intuition for an episode and learn to think better… pure logical and rational decision making. Our guest is Dr. Gleb Tsipursky. He is a behavioral economist and cognitive neuroscientist with over 15 years experience consulting, coaching and training in his company Disaster Avoidance Experts. He’s also the author of Never Go with Your Gut.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit
We will learn:  How we contribute to mental imbalances Why people are afraid to connect to their emotions 4 steps for processing your emotions in a health Today we’re going to be talking about how to allow our emotions to run through us, instead of avoiding them, or getting stuck in them.  We live in a society that puts the mind on a pedestal but in many ways contributes to us cutting off our relationships with our emotions, our bodies and our spirit. And then we wonder why most of the population has anxiety or depression or some other mental imbalance. We’re putting all our energy on our thought processes. We’re essentially living in our heads! In today’s world, creating balance takes intention and it takes action because our environments are unbalanced. It encourages overthinking, and not showing emotion, and numbing from our bodies or forcing them into a desired shape, and more and more people are cutting off their relationship with spirit too. So today our guest is Mary Hyatt. She is a life and business mindset coach who specializes in helping people move from living a life of burnout to a life where they are connected to their emotions, their body, and their spirit.  Show Notes: Learn more about your ad choices. When someone dies, we’re often unprepared, and then we just mourn… and no one guides us through that either, so a lot of people end up stuck in mourning. Well today we are talking to a death doula. I didn’t even know this was a thing but it makes perfect sense. They’re are different kinds of death doulas too… some help you get your affairs in order, all the logistical things like will and funeral. And others help you with the process. Some may help family members best show up for their dying loved ones, or maybe they help the dying loved ones with acceptance and letting go. It feels like the energies of the world are at war. It’s hard to know what’s real anymore and what’s driven by politics.  And frankly, getting too wrapped up in media headlines can lead to major depression. But we have to stay informed right? Yes, but not at the sake of your alignment. A massive shift in consciousness is happening all around the world.  So you have to ask yourself, Will you come out of this crisis smarter, stronger, and more powerful? Or will you crumble with all the old systems that are no longer working? Show Notes: Learn more about your ad choices. Visit

We will learn: How can people move from scarcity to abundance in their personal finances How can capitalism become a force for good How to trust that everything’s always working out perfectly What does abundance even mean to you? My first thought is money. Maybe yours is too. Well the concept of money is loaded… on one had it’s a tool that can help us do amazing things… But money doesn’t buy happiness. You’ve got to do all that on your own. Money just amplifies your current state. To add to that…We live in a society where money is status. Money feeds addiction. Money can enable us to feed into the illusion that material things will fill some void inside us. The energy of money itself is pretty simple, but it’s our energy around it that makes it complicated. So today we’re gonna untangle that a bit. Not only will be learn a new way to look at abundance… or most importantly, a new way to FEEL about abundance, but also a model to follow that will automatically shift our energy into a vibration that attracts true abundance. Our guest is Matt Cone Matt spent a couple decades as a tech exec bringing banks to the online world, and helping wealthy families develop philanthropic practices. His life was pretty awesome. He had a nice home, kids, vacations and cars.  In 2010 a lot of that changed and he spent the last decade traveling to new cultures and exploring consciousness.  Now he’s blended the business with the consciousness helping people become abundant through a practice called The Abundance Model. It's ok that you'd rather not take medication for ADD/ADHD, but it's not ok to call it legal meth because that perpetuates a stigma that keeps people from seeking or getting the help/accomodations they need.

Congratulations, Melissa! In 2017 I had a miscarriage at 6 months via car accident, caused by someone else. Because my son never took a breath outside me and since he was 6 months (instead of 7), he wasn't legally considered a person and so the man who hit me got off scott free. And I haven't conceived since. That was my first and only pregnancy. But my situation = worst case scenario and odds are you'll be fine. Morning sickness can be an indicator of intelligence. I really wish you the best, Melissa. You're a beautiful person and you deserve it! With love, A long-time listener

This episode was so powerful for me because it normalizes intuition and our innate human ability to channel wisdom and sense information or intentions. I've been doing a lot of practice channeling in a group setting lately, as part of a practice group through We've channeled things like our ancestors, the virus, and our future selves. Each week we continue to be amazing at just how much access to information we have when we slow down and listen. Humans have forgotten that this is a skill we have had all along. Thank you for this episode!

hey melissa, are you planning an elevated discussion on anti-racism and anti-racist action for allies? your white listeners could learn so much! and it would be a great healing moment for your black listeners.
