We will learn: How binge eating and sugar addiction are related  The long-term risks of sugar addiction How to start physically and emotionally detoxing Everything is connected right?   Our bodies can be in peak physical condition, but if our minds and spirit are depleted or low, we can’t show up in our lives as our best selves.   In the same way, if our bodies are weak, we can’t think as clearly or radiate as brightly as we came to this life to do.   Each pillar of our being impacts the others either putting out or fanning our flame.   Which is why it makes sense that today we’re talking about sugar addiction. It seems like just a health issue, but it also affects our brains and our mindsets.   So today we’re going deep into the real effects of sugar. Our guest is Michael Collins, founder of SugarAddiction.com and Quit Sugar Summit, and author of the Best Selling Book The Last Resort Sugar Detox Guide.   Links from the episode:   Show Notes:https://mindlove.com/x44 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self: https://mindlove.com/morning Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations: https://mindlove.com/premium See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We will learn: The difference between your inner voice and channeling spirit… How thoughts expand our universe How to create from an energy that will empower our lives Have you ever experienced something that just made life feel magical? It doesn’t have to be something huge… maybe it’s just a bunch of little things where you’re like “okay this can’t be a coincidence.” These are the feelings that indicate to you that you are on your path. When you are open and in the receiving mode, you allow your higher being to guide you in manifesting your deepest desires.  And the way your higher being speaks to you is through all those little signs that are just too on-point to be coincidence.  But have you ever struggled to differentiate between your inner voice (which tends to draw upon fears and past experiences), and the voice of your higher being? That’s what we’re talking about today.  Our guest is Erin Werley. She has been channeling her higher self, God/Source, called “I Am”, since 2011. Her book, One Truth, One Law is the guidebook to understanding oneness, manifestation and the Universe. Erin’s life purpose is to help you shortcut your awakening process so you experience all the joy that is possible in your life, right now.   Links from the episode: Show Notes:https://mindlove.com/185 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self: https://mindlove.com/morning Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations: https://mindlove.com/premium See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We will learn: 3 C’s of a great dating profile How to pre-screen dates to weed out those that aren’t a fit How to connect to your intuition to guide you to your perfect match   Dating can be hard. And time consuming. And now with dating apps giving us more options than ever, it can be really overwhelming.    We try to rely on our intuition to guide us in spending time with the right people, but that’s where it gets even more complicated.    In love matters, it can be difficult to decode the signals from our bodies because of that spark we feel, or the chemistry you feel between you and the other person.     Well that’s what we’re talking about today. Our  guest is Damona Hoffman, dating coach, TV personality, and psychic-medium. She is also the Dating Expert of The Drew Barrymore Show, and the new spokesperson for OkCupid.    Damona has a really unique approach of actionable and practical tips, but also guidance to using intuition for deeper insights.   Links from the episode: Show Notes:https://mindlove.com/x43 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self: https://mindlove.com/morning Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations: https://mindlove.com/premium See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We will learn: How the four elements relate to us and why it’s important we understand them How to identify which element we’re missing and how to bring it back into balance How to discern between your ego and the wise observer   You already know the four elements: earth, water, air and fire. But what you may not know is how they relate to your personality, and more importantly your pain. These four elements make up every person.    But for each of us, there’s one element that’s our weakest point. This is what our guest calls “the missing element” or the Observer which is, “the part of you that can stand outside of judgment and see yourself with a more wise and compassionate approach, much like our elders did.”   Understanding the Observer is critical to our own self-awareness. It’s what allows us to move beyond our personal drama to find our real purpose in the world, a world that needs our service now more than ever.   So now the question is, how do  we find our own missing element? Well that’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Debra Silverman.   She not only has a masters degree in clinical psychology, she is also a highly acclaimed astrologer. She has developed a unique psychological-spiritual model, combining her expertise in Esoteric (soul-centered) Astrology with her extensive education in Psychology to help people who are going through major life changes   And Over the past 40 years of professional experience and private practice, she has specialized in helping thousands of individuals achieve emotional health and wisdom based on their unique personality and the four elements: water, air, earth, and fire.   Links from the episode: Show Notes:https://mindlove.com/184 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self: https://mindlove.com/morning Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations: https://mindlove.com/premium See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We will learn: A way of being that is calm, decisive, and harmonious How to stop being drunk on your own thoughts and words The 3 pillars of Myung Sung   With the way our world is, it’s almost impossible not to develop layers and layers of false beliefs. Beliefs that keep us small and out of our divine power.   That’s why meditation is so helpful, because it gives us quiet time away from all the noise to find our center. The problem is, we tend to have endless excuses to stay in the chaos.   Thankfully, we can bring that same energy that we cultivate in a quiet meditation into every moment of our lives so that we live with a little more mindfulness.   But how do we do this? Well that’s what we’re talking about today.   Our guest is Dr. Jenelle Kim, Founder, and formulator for JBK Wellness Labs, and Author. She is a highly successful formulator, doctor of Chinese medicine, and Master Herbalist, and her expertise in health stems from her extensive knowledge in herbal medicine.   Links from the episode:   Show Notes:https://mindlove.com/x42 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self: https://mindlove.com/morning Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations: https://mindlove.com/premium See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
The 3 Parts to Purpose

The 3 Parts to Purpose

2021-05-2501:03:329

We will learn: The 3 parts to purpose  Why your purpose is not one specific job or career How to move past blocks, fears, old stories and negativity so you can always move forward Do you wake up excited to contribute to the world? Do you feel super confident that what you’re doing with your life right now is a perfect fit for you AND just what the world needs? Or do you feel overwhelmed and stressed and like just another hamster caught in the never-ending wheel.  You came here to FEEL a certain way. You came here to live your life in a way that makes you feel most alive, vibrant, and enthusiastic. So how do we start to find our purpose in life? Do we all even have one? That’s what we’re talking about today.  Our guest is Carin Rockind, positive psychology expert, powerful motivational speaker, and coach. She empowers people to pursue their dreams and bring their best selves to work and life. We will learn: How to deepen your connection with the spiritual world The difference between evidence and messages in mediumship What we should expect in the afterlife   We are all energy right? And energy never dies.   The First Law of Thermodynamics states that energy is always conserved, it cannot be created or destroyed.   So the total amount of energy and matter in the Universe remains constant, it just changes from one form to another.    So if that’s the case, what happens to our energy when our bodies die? If it transforms, what form does it take and where does it go?   That’s what we’re talking about today.    Our guest today is Suzanne Giesemann. She’s known as the messenger of hope—She’s a mystic, metaphysical teacher, and medium and she helps people understand WHO they are and WHY they’re here.    Whether in her books, her classes and workshops, her weekly radio show, or her one-on-one sessions, Suzanne provides stunning evidence of life after death. We will learn: How our bodies are perceptive to self-healing desires How to find the guidance to let go of self-imposed control Positive effects of chanting on neurological pathways on the brain and the hypothalamus    Whenever I’m being pulled in all the directions, I’m reminded to focus on my center. To find the stillness in the midst of the chaos. For me, that looks like yoga and meditation. Yoga helps me to find my inner strength. It helps me connect to my breath - my life force - even when I’m struggling. Meditation helps me find my calm even when my world is anything but calm. And that brings me to kundalini. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been told the amazing benefits of kundalini meditation, yoga and breathwork. More people seem to have credited their spiritual awakening to kundalini than anything else I’ve heard.  With most people it seems to be a slower process, one nugget at a time, and often when they’re processing some sort of hardship. But with kundalini, people have stories of spontaneous awakenings or feelings of moving through dimensions.…and that alone is enough to get me on board. So today we’re talking about all of that. Our guest is Madhur-Nain Webster, practitioner of Kundalini Yoga, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and author of The Stressless Brain.   Links from the episode: Show Notes:https://mindlove.com/x40 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self: https://mindlove.com/morning Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations: https://mindlove.com/premium   See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We will learn: How emotions are made  Why some emotional difficulties stay with us  A process you can do at home to release emotions stored in your body What if I told you that in just 30 minutes you, or anyone, can resolve any kind of emotional difficulties… permanently? Most of us have been taught that our traumas are a lifelong battle that we need to dig into during years of therapy sessions, hoping to untangle our brain space enough to get through the day a little happier than before. But what if you just want something that can make you feel a little lighter right now? Is that even possible? That’s what we’re talking about today. Our guest is Cedric Bertelli. He is the Founder and Director of the Emotional Health Institute (EHI), which is an organization that provides information and education about Emotional Resolution, or EmRes.  He helps people struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, and many other negative emotions in resolving disruptive emotional patterns.   Links from the episode:   Show Notes:https://mindlove.com/181  Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self: https://mindlove.com/morning Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations: https://mindlove.com/premium   See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We  will learn: How to disrupt the trance of unworthiness How to  find radical self-approval The 7 steps to freedom Have you ever found yourself looking at someone who has achieved what you want in your life and thought, “That could never be me,” or thought that they must have some special quality that you don’t possess? The truth is, who you are is equal and worthy. You are an aspect of divine intelligence seeking expression in physical form, and how you choose to express in this lifetime doesn’t affect how incredibly worthy you are. But it is also true, that what you believe about yourself will dictate your life experience. It affects which risks you’re willing to take, or if you’re willing to put yourself out there. Whether that be applying for a job, asking someone out, or actually going for your big dreams. If you don’t think you’re worthy of those things, chances are you won’t even try. Today we’re talking about how we can develop a true sense of self-worth. Our guest is Monica Rodgers. She believes we can take action towards realizing our true potential only when we stop proving and striving to be who everyone wants us to be.  Links: Show Notes: https://mindlove.com/x40 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self: https://mindlove.com/morning Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations: https://mindlove.com/premium See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We will learn: What self-abandonment is and how it affects our relationships The different parts of the self and how to heal them The 6 steps of inner bonding Most people don’t realize how much unresolved emotional pain they carry around. They don’t know why they always feel depressed, anxious, victimized, or disappointed. They wonder why they keep making the same self-sabotaging impulsive decisions. These patterns often stem from neglecting their inner child, who carries false beliefs that have been playing on repeat since childhood.  As I’ve navigated my own personal growth journey, I’ve noticed that unwinding these beliefs is a continual process. When I deal with a new kind of hardship, or even sometimes when I level up, I discover a new set of complexities to learn to overcome. So it’s helpful to have a repeatable process instead of going in totally blind every single time. Well  today, I’m bringing you that process, and it’s called Inner Bonding. Inner bonding is the process of connecting our adult thoughts with our instinctual, gut feelings—the feelings of the “inner child”. This helps us work through inner conflict, so that we can feel peaceful, open to joy, and open to giving and receiving love. Our guest is Margaret Paul, bestselling author, popular MindBodyGreen writer and co-creator of Inner Bonding and SelfQuest self-healing online program. We will learn: The myths about self-love How to make sure you’re improving yourself from a place of love and not fear or comparison How to heal your past with imagery rescripting   The most intimate relationship we have in life is with ourselves. What’s your relationship with yourself like? Is it healthy?    How well do you know yourself? And I mean that deep core part of you, not just what everyone sees on the surface.   What I’ve come to learn is that true self love is loving all aspects of yourself. That doesn’t mean you don’t have a desire to improve. But it means that desire is coming from a place of wholeness.   The problem is, most of us have so much negative self-talk or destructive habits and beliefs that drive our behavior, that getting to a place of deep self-love seems out of reach.   That’s what we’re talking about today.   Our guest is Sarah Pendrick, founder of the life-changing GirlTalk Network, GirlTalk Foundation, and Girltalk Festival.   Sarah has dedicated her life to supporting people in living bravely as their true selves and teaching them to believe in their gifts so that they can live their life full of abundance, love, and complete knowing of their worthiness.  Links: Show Notes: mindlove.com/179 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self! We will learn: How to assess your energy and how it’s currently aligning with your idea of wealth The “who am I” syndrome that stops transformational experts in their tracks The three wealth codes for accumulating more abundance When I say the word wealth, or wealthy, what comes up for you? What feelings come up in your body?   Our relationships with money can be tricky. Many of us are uncomfortable discussing money or feel anxiety around wanting money. We may even feel that wealthy people are greedy, stingy, or hoarding all the wealth.   But being wealthy has much less to do with acquiring money, than it does living in a certain mindset that allows you to have a healthy relationship with money.    It’s not just about learning about money, it’s about believing you can create a new reality. And to create a new belief system, we often have to break through our blockages that we’ve spent a lifetime, or maybe even several lifetimes, building up and getting in our own way.   That’s what our guest Stacy Hartmann, will guide us through today. She is a business success coach, international speaker, and the founder of The Wealthy Minimalist.   Links from the episode: Show Notes:https://mindlove.com/x39 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self: https://mindlove.com/morning Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations: https://mindlove.com/premium   See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We will learn: How to frame your mindset to make working from home a blessing What habits we need to cultivate to thrive working from home How to structure your day in a way  that works for you Since March of 2020 more people than ever are working from home. There are a lot of positive aspects to working from home, but as many are finding out, there are negatives as well.    It can be difficult to hold yourself accountable. It’s hard to avoid distractions, especially with a partner or little ones in the home with you. It’s hard to stay motivated without the collective energy of everyone around you working toward the same goal. It’s hard to go day in and day out without seeing new people.   But remember, where you rest your focus, is how you will experience your reality. There is more freedom in working from home, but if you’re not feeling that freedom, you’re probably not setting yourself up for it. Today, our guest Dane Sanders will help us reframe our work-from-home mindset. Dane is the CEO of tellmeyourdreams .com, a performance coaching company that motivates employees to give their best and is designed specifically to keep remote teams connected. He also teaches, writes, and consults on habits and human flourishing.   Links: Show Notes: mindlove.com/178 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self! We will learn: How to harness the power of a transitional period in your life How to move through phases and emotions without holding onto the past Grief recovery method: what healthy closure looks like Often we find resistance in ourselves as we navigate a transition. This is especially true when transitions are forced upon us, but can also be true when we’ve made the choice to transition - whether it be to a new career, new relationships, or letting go of a habit.    We prepare for a change and think we’re totally prepared for it, just to realize we never could’ve accurately prepared for something that we haven’t yet experienced.    If we can never fully prepare for the inevitable transitions of our lives, surely there are ways to go through the process more gracefully. Perhaps even valiantly.    That’s what we’re talking about today.    Our guest is Nicole Nowparvar.  She is a licensed psychotherapist and life coach, who helps people in their 20's and 30's turn their difficult transitional phases into opportunities to reach their greatest potential.   Links from the episode: Show Notes:https://mindlove.com/x38 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self: https://mindlove.com/morning Get Mind Love Premium for exclusive ad-free episodes and monthly meditations: https://mindlove.com/premium   See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
We will learn: How we’re born connected to Source and why we forget our connection to Source over time How we can accept that there’s no real right and wrong when some things clearly seem evil How we can balance accepting what is, personal responsibility, and advocacy What if you had one hour to speak directly to Source? To absorb whatever knowledge and wisdom you could from the field of universal truth.   This is actually possible for all of us. This is what occurs when people channel guidance, or open the akashic records, or just tap into their intuition.   Your intuition is a part of you, but it’s also a part of everything. It’s our connection to all that is, that enables us to tap into information that we haven’t directly acquired. And because we are all born with intuition, each of us can learn how to exercise it, and tap into this universal knowledge.   Today we are talking to David Strickell, and he channels what he calls The Stream.  He says we all have access to The Stream, we just need to learn to go deep enough within ourselves enough to access it.   Links: Show Notes: mindlove.com/ Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self! We will learn: Why we get caught up in chasing what we don’t have How to embrace the power of our limitations The value of knowing a little about a lot We often think the key to success and fulfillment is to get more: more money, time, and stuff; bigger homes, better job titles, more resources.  But have you ever known someone who has it all but still never seems to be satisfied? Well, the truth is, owning less has been shown to increase your happiness levels, as counterintuitive as it may sound. When you own less, you are more creative with your resources, and value what you do have even more.  Today we’re going to zoom back in to The Now, to this moment, to what you do have, and figure out how to bring back resourcefulness. Our guest is Scott Sonenshien. He is a professor with a PhD in Organizational Behavior. He’s also the author of Stretch: Unlock the Power of Less and Achieve More Than You Ever Imagined. We will learn: How to turn obstacles into advantages as a highly sensitive entrepreneur The biggest ways HSEs get in their own way The best energy management techniques for HSEs to thrive   Do you consider yourself a sensitive person? Do you have a low threshold for stimulation; a need for alone time; sensitivity to light, sound, and smell; and an aversion to large groups? These are all characteristics that describe what Dr. Elaine Aron has termed a “Highly Sensitive Person”, or HSP.    HSPs tend to love nature and quiet environments, and they love helping others. Sometimes they might feel like their sensitivities are a weakness, especially living in a society where productivity is often valued over quality.    Today’s episode focuses specifically on entrepreneurs who are highly sensitive. We’ll dive into techniques that will teach you not only how to effectively manage your life as an HSP, but also how to thrive in your career.   Our guest Heather Dominick is the expert on Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs. She has appeared on Lifetime Television and has been published in numerous books including “Stepping Stones to Success” alongside Deepak Chopra.   Links: Show Notes: mindlove.com/176 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self! We will learn: The most significant ways we can change the brain Simple ways to change your  brain in under 10 minutes How our thoughts change our brain   The lifestyle habits you practice today will affect the health of your brain 20-30 years from now. This means that you can be increasing your chances of cognitive decline like memory loss or even Alzheimers right now.   Your brain is the most essential organ in your body. It plays a role in everything you do, from your bodily functions to your personality. So when it’s balanced, everything in your body and mind will work more efficiently.   While there are a lot of things that can disrupt the balance of your brain chemistry, like processed foods, prescription drugs, and anxious thoughts, the little choices you make every day can also be protective against brain decline.    This episode is all about biohacking the brain with simple lifestyle changes. And it’s full of really actionable things you can start doing right now for little to no money.   Our guest is Dr. Willeumier. She is an award-winning neuroscientist and author of Biohack your Brain.   Links: Show Notes: mindlove.com/175 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self! We will learn:  How our crappy unsupportive thoughts about others affect our one confidence Why confident people don’t compete and are not jealous How to harness the qualities of confident people  no matter what our personality is right now   Often, the idea of confidence is associated with a specific personality - the person who walks into a room and commands attention. The person who is really sure about who they are and what they have to offer, so they show up in the world a little more boldly than the rest.   It is easy for us to look at people like this and think, “If I only had what they had, I would be confident too.” We tend to think the grass is greener, but usually it’s just a different situation with a different set of complexities.   So if our looks, money, and achievements aren’t the source of confidence, where does true confidence come from?   Today Elle Russ will teach us how to build confidence regardless of our personality type. She’s the author of Confident As Fu*k, a TV/Film writer and the host of two podcasts: The Primal Blueprint Podcast & Kick Ass Life Podcast.   Links: Show Notes: mindlove.com/x36 Sign up for The Morning Mind Love for short daily notes from your highest self! Hey, hope you're doing okay. I'm here to say I don't like the ads part at all because they're too long!! and I feel like by adding such long advertisement parts to each episode you're actually sending the message which says: I don't care enough about the ones who actually listen to this channel. Hope I'm wrong. but that just feels like that. Wish you luck 🤞🏻
