This podcast was created out of a dire need for individuals to begin to mind their mental health. We need to check our mind pulse regularly like we do everything else. It is my hope that this podcast will provide a little education to anyone who hears while helping to eradicate the stigma that surrounds mental health. And my wish is to attempt to alleviate some of the solo suffering so many experience everyday.

This episode is all about preventative maintenance. Whether it’s your car, your body or your teeth. Most folks get regular check ups for all of these. Yet for some reason...we never go for a check up to see what’s going on in our mind.

Don’t take that which occurs without even a thought for granted.
I know study says that it takes 10 weeks to form a habit not 21 or 30 days.
Have you ever been scared to death about something and someone told you don’t worry it’ll be fine just relax.
It can be such a growing process to just sit and patients and wait.
When you believe what you know to be true but yet question in times of doubt.
When you worried and waiting for your child to come home or respond.
When you look back and realize you’ve lucked out when you didn’t get what you wanted!
When foods, fatigue and other issues cause common illnesses… Why Don’t we use natural things to cure and curb disease and ailments?
Yes, you can feel faith…but true faith is in the knowing when your not feeling it.
Have you ever binged watched an entire series in one night?
Sometimes It’s the ones who show the least emotion that may be hurting the most.
Grandkids can turn a horrible day into a happy one with just a smile.
When bad days come they will go and pass by just like the holidays.
Doing something nice for someone can make them feel good while making you feel great too.
Have you ever got so caught up in doing things and being productive that you forget to do other things that you were supposed to do!
