EPISODE 49 In this episode, I'm bringing up a topic of conversation I have been having with members lately - how to handle hurt people when they are hurting you. Something that I have learned is that when someone does or says something that hurts my feelings, it is usually a reflection of how that person feels. They want to spread the hurt and for someone else to feel what they are feeling.
