Austin Reynolds is 25 years old and is from Miami, Florida. Austin was born with Dwarfism and faced a lot of struggles growing up because of his condition. At the age of 15 Austin was paralyzed due a surgery that went wrong and ended up in a wheel chair. Through his own will and the help of physical therapy Austin is able to stand up for short time periods again. He currently has his dream job working for the Miami Heat. Austins story shows us that no matter how bad things get there is always a way to turn your bad hand into a good one.

Rylee Jade is 22 years old and is from Indiana. A couple of months ago Rylee came across a program called 75 Hard. A program created by Andy Frisella that is meant to build physical and mental toughness. After hearing about 75 Hard she immediately committed to doing it. Everyday for 75 straight days she had to do: 2 x 45 minute workouts (one has to be outside), read 10 pages of a self development book, drink 1 gallon of water, follow a diet, refrain from any alcohol or cheat meals and take a progress picture. This program was extremely hard and challenged her everyday. During the program she noticed that she was becoming a different person. After she completed the program she got started on creating her own fitness program called F.I.T.4YOU. Her fitness program is now live.

Eddie Pinero is a speaker and producer from Boston, MA with a passion for inspiring others. Eddie made a bold move and decided to leave his 9 to 5 job to pursue his passion. At first he started playing music around Boston. Then he transitioned to create a Youtube channel called Your World Within. A channel that focuses on motivational speeches and self development. Your World Within has accumulated over 34 million all time youtube views and over 5 million Spotify streams. In this episode Eddie breaks down his journey from graduating college, to working a corporate job, to deciding after 5 years to quit that job and then to pursue his own path. 
Danny Shapiro is a Physical Therapist that works in Brooklyn, NY. In this episode Danny dives into his journey of becoming a PT. He talks about why he choose to become a physical therapist and what the schooling process was like. He talks about the challenges he faced. One topic that we discuss is how he deals with patients on a physical and and mental level. We also talk about a topic that is rarely discussed. People in the medical field are often looked at as strong individuals that help people. And while they are amazing people they are also human. The mental health of health professionals is a rarely talked about topic. Danny tells us how he keeps his mental health in check and how important it is for others in the medical field to discuss their own mental health with the people in their life.

Giulia Guerrieri is a 21 year old from Long Island, NY. She comes on to tell her Nonna's (Grandma's) story. When Giulia told us about her Nonna's story we decided on the spot that it would be inspiring and meaningful for the world to hear her story. Her Nonna was born and raised in Italy. In time she moved her family over to the United States and started living in Long Island, NY. She worked her whole life to keep her family healthy and thriving financially. A year ago she found out that she had stage 4 ovarian cancer. While battling cancer she found out that her husband was also diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He would end up passing away about a month later. Soon after the family told her about her husbands passing, she ended up getting in a life threatening car accident. She was hospitalized with severe injuries. While she was in the hospital recovering she found out that her son had died. Today, she is still recovering and staying strong. Her story is the definition of resilience.

For most of his life Anthony Lopez was extremely overweight. The highest weight he reached was the 600 pound mark. Shortly after he decided that he needed to make a change so that he could live a healthier and more fulfilling life. His first weight loss attempt failed when he only lost a little bit of weight and then gained it back. A year later he decided that he was going to try again. He has been training everyday and has now lost over 300 pounds. In this episode he breaks down his weight loss journey and gives tips for those who are also looking to change their life.

Markus Hogg is 17 years old and is from Toronto, Canada. When he was 15 years old Markus noticed that he had an abnormal pain in his hamstring. After a couple doctor visits he ended up getting an MRI. The results of the MRI would change his life. The MRI showed that Markus had a large tumor growing in his spine. He was later diagnosed with Osteosarcoma. Over the past couple years Markus has been undergoing chemotherapy and has been in and out of the hospital. He has had multiple surgeries including one that left him paralyzed from the knees down. Markus is now waiting to have another surgery in hopes to remove the tumor completely.  Take 30 minutes to listen to his incredible story, you wont regret it!
Shelby Villatoro is 26 years old and lives in Orlando, FL. A couple of years ago she decided that she needed to make a change. After consulting with her doctor for a couple months she decided that she was going to get Gastric Bypass Surgery. At her heaviest she was at 411 pounds and now she is down to 201 pounds. Shelby comes on to talk about her life before and after the surgery. Her goal is to break the stereotypes surrounding Gastric Bypass surgery.

After the death of George Floyd there have been protests all over the world calling for systemic change and an end to racism. In this episode Avery and Joey discuss this topic.
Andrea Ybarra is 16 years old. She has a very rare disease called Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI). Through it all she has remained positive with an outlook on life that is unbelievably inspiring. Her insight and wisdom is beyond her youth. This 16 year old is very inspiring and everyone could definitely benefit from taking a listen. 
Marius Woodward is 21 years old and is originally from Romania. When he was 8 years old he was in a house fire. 75 percent of his body was burned. During his recovery 2 girls from the United States came to visit him everyday. The ended up getting Marius to the United States and getting him medical treatment. One of those girls families would later adopt Marius and welcome him with open arms. In this episode Marius talks about what happened the night of the house fire, his recovery and what his life is like now. This by far the most heart breaking and inspiring story we have ever heard.

Hailey Bekos is 20 years old and is from Doylestown, PA. Out of no where when she was going into 8th grade a crazy life event happened. One day she passed out and slipped into a 4 month long coma. She was later diagnosed with Anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis is a disease occurring when antibodies produced by the body's own immune system attack NMDA receptors in the brain. Hailey talks about her experience and how everything that happened is still kind of just a blur. She is now healthy and tells her story in full.

Claire Bevec is 19 years old. She is from Lafayette, Indiana. At a young age Claire was diagnosed with Autosomal Polycystic Kidney Disease/Congenital Hipatic Fibrosis. A disease that affects around 200,000 people in the world. Every case and symptoms are unique so some people have it worse than others. Claire has had over 29 surgeries in her life. Which means she spends a lot of her time getting treatments. Kevin Harris is a 55 year old man from Ohio. It all started in the beginning of March when he felt a tickle in his throat. The next day he woke with what he thought was the flu. The doctors prescribed him medicine but over the next few days his condition got worse. Eventually he made the decision to go to the hospital. At the hospital after a day of testing he was told by the doctors that he had COVID-19. The doctors told him that there was little they could do to help him. One doctor told him that he most likely wasn't going to make it. Kevin ended up surviving thanks to some drugs doctors were testing that had worked in Europe. Kevin tells his story from about the pain he endured and the things he dealt with while having COVID-19.
Andrew is 18 and is from Midland, Michigan. He is the brother of Avery Chatman, our own co-host. He is currently a senior in high school. Andrew comes on to talk about how his life and the life of his classmates have been effected by the virus that is going around. With the possibility of missing out on once in a life time moments like prom and graduating in person for high school. These moments seem small but they are life defining moments and future memories. Andrew talks about what all this has been like for him and whats next for his life.

I've never listened to your podcasts, until today. Listening to the story I tuned into, I really enjoyed how smoothly the conversation went. You consistently kept things moving. Your voices were very soft, allowing the listener to actually enjoy the story and conversation. I will definitely be tuning in more often!
