it's annoying to be honest to start the podcast with all that talk, it's your right but you should leave it at the end you finish the meditation, it really ruins the mood

My Dr/Chiropractor/health coach recommended this podcast to listen to while I started a new routine. to better my life. I am a wife, a mom, a mentor, and will be returning back to college this spring and these episodes really help her me starts my days on the right foot. Before, I never knew much about meditation or how it could help me. my husband and children see the change and impact it has made in my lifes as well as our home. My first meditation session. This mediation was recommended by a friend on FB. I'm someone that is a light sleeper n has difficulty staying asleep so I gave it a try. really recommend it. This is a very good meditation to help you get to dreamland.

I absolutely love this podcast! I never use to meditate before I found Mindful In Minutes! This podcast has helped me grow in my meditation practice and Kelly's voice is so soothing and comforting you can get through anything that the day brings you! I would highly recommend!
