it's annoying to be honest to start the podcast with all that talk, it's your right but you should leave it at the end you finish the meditation, it really ruins the mood
My Dr/Chiropractor/health coach recommended this podcast to listen to while I started a new routine. to better my life. My first meditation session. This mediation was recommended by a friend on FB. I'm someone that is a light sleeper n has difficulty staying asleep so I gave it a try. really recommend it. This is a very good meditation to help you get to dreamland.

This podcast has helped me grow in my meditation practice and Kelly's voice is so soothing and comforting you can get through anything that the day brings you! I would highly recommend! I can't wait to go on one of her retreats!
