Wow i found that very informative. I should write the steps down because in the middle of and anxious episode you just forget what you are supposed to do. I have a question, you mentioned how feelings aren't because something is wrong you just have to fix them. But where do you draw the line what if something is actually wrong and instead of resolving the problem you just persist with calming exercises instead of facing your problem. How do you know if its just a feeling to be felt or theres something more to it that you are ignoring?
