Hey guys!
Today we wanted to show you our manifestations that have come to life! We hope that it gives you the motivation and belief that the things you've put on your vision boards and the things you've scripted about can become a reality for you too!
When you're first starting your journey and have a vision, your manifestations can feel so out of reach, and half the battle is believing that you can get there. We have both felt the same about our manifestations at one point but we're now living our reality we once dreamed of! We want you to know that your vision can come to life too!

We're back for season 2!! Me and Lauren are so excited to be back with the pod again! We had a lot to catch up on so have a long juicy episode for you!
We open up with some vulnerability this week! Talking about mental health is a big passion of ours and in order for people to feel comfortable to open up to us, we feel the importance to do the same! It’s not easy being vulnerable but it’s a gateway to healing!

How often are you showing up for yourself? Are you okay with letting yourself down?
Ask yourself these questions and get honest with yourself. Do you find yourself not taking accountability for the things you say you're going to start doing?
Unfortunately, a lot of us can feel that it's easier to disappoint themselves than it is to disappoint others. You'll show up for others in a way you wouldn't show up for yourself. But why is that?
If you have a goal, no one is going to put the work in for you. You need to take responsibility for your actions and do what it takes to get you to where you need to be.

Welcome back to part two! In part one we discussed the reasons why we could be lacking self love and the affects it has on us. We're now sharing how you can start incorporating more self love into your life!
We're all on our own journey with self love, and you need to start at a place that feels good for you. The most important thing is that we start somewhere.
When we start to love ourselves more we start to open our mind to all the things we deserve. It's hard to manifest what we want into our life when we're lacking the love we need to attract it. We need to get to a place where we feel worthy of the things we want, or we'll block our manifestations. Even worse, we won't take action on our goals because we don't believe we deserve them in the first place.
Focusing on yourself and making yourself a priority can massively improve your mental health. You'll gain more self respect, raise your standards and know that your emotions and needs are valid.

This week we dive deep into our journeys that led us to finding spirituality! Sometimes you can look at someone who seems like they have their shit together, and you wonder why your mindset can't be as strong as theirs. I know we used to! The truth is, a strong mindset comes from working on it. Its like going to the gym.. you work on a certain muscle in order for it to get stronger. But if you stopped going to the gym what do you think will happen? That muscle will become weaker and you have to work on it to get it back where it once was. Its the same with your mindset!
The person who you're comparing your mindset to has worked on it, and will continue to work on it every day if they want to maintain it. We can all change and strengthen our mindset, which is why we shouldn't give up hope in dark times. In this weeks episode we go a bit deeper into the hold social media has on us. A lot of us are 100% addicted without even knowing. We come to the realisation that we want to spend productive time on social media and make the most of what we can learn through the platform. There’s a difference between mindlessly scrolling and gaining information that’s actually useful!

Women’s bodies have been trends for the longest time, but social media is highlighting and pushing this narrative far and wide. It’s impossible to keep up, so our advice is - don’t bother trying!

We've been there! And I bet a lot of the people around you have been to.
It always seems like when things are going wrong, that everything else crumbles with it. Don't be scared, be excited, as that means there is probably a new and better path there waiting for you!
The universe is not against you, although it may feel that way sometimes. In life, we have to experience some low points in order to grow and learn. Our life has to have duality, in order for us to really appreciate the good.
Life is what we make it, and we need to learn to be grateful for what we have, and stop focusing on what we don't.
This week we will be discussing our personal lows, and how our perception massively impacted our reality. We want to help shift people's perception, into seeing whatever reality they choose!
Disclaimer : We digress onto eating habits, discussing how our brains can release what people know as “happy hormones”. In the podcast I say serotonin and dopamine, but I meant to say serotonin and endorphins!
In part one we discussed all our juicy perceptions of what is a toxic relationships. This week we move on to what to do if you find yourself in a toxic relationship.
If any relationship is having a constant draining effect on you and your mental health, some serious revaluation is needed! This can be with a partner, friend or even family member! Toxic behaviour should not be tolerated, and sometimes we need to come to the realisation that it’s time to leave!!
However, if you’re not yet at your wits end, it’s safe to do so, and you want to give this relationship another go… then have a listen on some of our tips on how to try and include some more healthy habits into your relationship!

With a generation lacking in self-love and drowning in social media, there is no surprise that them toxic relationships are on the rise. This weeks episode we will be discussing our perception on what is a toxic relationship.
When our body experiences trauma, especially at a young age, this can become trapped in the body. It can brew into some of our negative emotions and behaviours as adults. This does not define you. This can be healed and gain you so much more positivity into your life.
Today we are mainly discussing step one, which we believe to be recognition. To be able to recognise your negative emotions and behaviours, and then linking that to childhood trauma can be such a weight lifted off the shoulder. This is a massive step in healing them wounds and really help in building more positive relationships with others, but more importantly yourself!
Stop procrastinating and start taking ACTION! Whatever your goals may be - business, fitness, mindset, mood.. it all starts with you!
How many of you find yourself having a million reasons as to why you’re not ready to make a start on your goals? ‘I’ll start next Monday’ is an all too familiar phrase. But there’s never going to be a perfect time. We have to make mistakes in order to learn from them, but we’re so afraid of failure and mistakes that it’s become the perfect excuse not to try!
Your goals are not impossible. We all have to start somewhere, and the there’s no time like the present.
