Description

Mindy, Ed, and Don Rickles is not just a retrospective on the life and career of iconic, ground-breaking comic, Don Rickles, it's an intimate view into his life by his daughter, Mindy Rickles, and son-in-law, Ed Mann. Thanks to Jimmy Kimmel and his production company, Season One will focus on his appearances on Jimmy's late night show over the years by replaying those eps while Mindy and Ed break in and describe what was happening in their lives at the time. Look for special guests! Other episodes feature Don's hilarious appearance at the White House for President Reagan's second inaugural, his album, Hello Dummy, and NEVER BEFORE HEARD live shows that the estate has. Well, except by those that attended, at venues around the country. They'll also discuss what's up now. Mindy was a successful standup comic herself, and Ed hosted radio shows in Los Angeles for 18 years, and they've agreed to talk about it all, whatever 'all' is.

Step into the lives of Mindy, Ed and Don Rickles every week in this hilarious podcast.

Note: This podcast may contain content that could be considered offensive to some people, as the material that Mr Rickles performed was of its time, and sensitivities have changed and evolved over time.

We know, who the hell are the first two, and what's Don Rickles doing here? Well, Mindy is Mindy Rickles, Don's comic daughter, and Ed is Ed Mann, Don's son-in-law, decades long radio personality and co-host of the Real Brady Bros podcast. So what happens when we put this mix together? We're hoping laughter. Ed and MIndy have rather unique lives, and you'll hear all about that, but with every podcast drop comes a Rickles clip. In season one it's Jimmy Kimmel Live! We'll also have clips from Mindy and Ed's personal archive, never before heard show clips from appearances all around the country. As the clips roll, Mindy and Ed will chime with commentary, but we won't talk over the master! You'll hear it all, and we hope you'll like our new podcast!
