Description
Mission Log is a Roddenberry Entertainment podcast with the sole purpose of exploring the Star Trek universe one episode at a time. That’s right, this podcast will cover six different series and 30 seasons of television by journeying into every one of the 726 episodes with a single mission: to explore, debate and discuss one of the largest science fiction phenomena of all time, Star Trek.
Starting with The Original Series’ initial pilot and continuing chronologically until we reach the last episode of Star Trek: Enterprise, each week our hosts, Ken Ray and John Champion, will tackle a single episode, delving into the most historical and hysterical science fiction that Star Trek has to offer. Along with a variety of guests and interviews, Mission Log will attempt to reach Star Trek’s ethical subtext, understand it’s complex metaphors and finally figure out what was the trouble with those tribbles.
Explore strange new details. Seek out new perspectives; deeper understandings. Boldly go where so many of us love to go, again and again. Join us for Mission Log!

Thank you for another great episode of Mission Log, being a proud transgender woman is is always refreshing to hear positive dialogue about the LGTBQA community. Thank you again for being the great guys you are.
I don't know Ken. I don't think any amount of cheesy space eggs or unexplored family topics will ever top the creepy "stranger danger" vibe in Miri for me. *shudders*
Was great until halfway through. I think the startrek continues is amazing. The woman listener was awful but I guess star trek had to appeal to them in a different way that it appeals to us guys (sorry sexism creeping in). I can't believe her favourite episodes were Kirk falling in love. Realistically though if you are only at a planet for a few days it's hardly enough time to form a bonding relationship. When Starfleet is compared to a space navy, Those signing up for service know it's going to be a term of celibacy, but nowadays with mixed fleets and big crews ( like in the next generation they know that some fraternisation is going to occur between crew members.) Kirk was a very charasmatic character that's why he appeals to everyone. If Starfleet is compared to more like an Airline. Its not uncommon for pilots to have girl friends in every city and a lot of crew relationships. There should have been an episode called Kirk's Women. These often glamorous guest stars are like the bond girls of today. Maybe Flemming got inspiration from Star Trek. When I was younger it was all over my head but now it's much more noticeable.
