You may have heard the saying "nice guys finish last", well do they? In our comeback episode, we dissect the "niceness" of the nice guy— what it means, why it's problematic, and our own experiences with it. We also discuss the "nice guys" in movies like 500 Days of Summer, The Devil Wears Prada and we manage to sprinkle in a Twilight reference (it wouldn't be an episode of Mistakes in the Making without one)! So tune in as we dissect the "nice guy" trope.

Do you guys have any fantasies? This week we chat about our post-covid fantasies as we try and dissect if having them is healthy or not - much like our other coping mechanisms. Somehow we end up talking about the content we are consuming and realise that the thread that ties all of chains of thought in this episode is that we are somewhat thirsty for the male species.

This week, we finally spoke on a topic that we personally feel we are well-versed in discussing— things that can fuck off. We give our professional opinions on those nasty pesky things in this world that we would honestly be better without. So tune in to listen to our banter as we critique the human race.

We’ve got the ick and this time it’s cause of Love Island. Yes, we did see the entire season and came to the conclusion that we would make way better Love Island contestants as this season just did not have that magic. In the episode we dissect the show, this season's shortcomings and give our unfiltered thoughts on the couples (or lack there off) as we chat about our game tactics if we were ever on the show, it’s editing and production, and just your same old Aash and Zee brains doing it’s braining.

Ummm... we're back! Sorry about the delay, but one of us tested positive for Covid. Tune in to find out who. In this episode, we discuss the signs that we are maturing #Ageing (Olay sponsors us). As we become women, we reflect on the little things (boys) that have changed over the past two years.

As most of you probably know, Italy defeated England in the Euros this week— and with that lost came a tirade of outcry by the football hooligans, which perfectly showed the toxicity of Lad Culture. This week, we broke down the history of Lad Culture and the way it links to toxic masculinity. Make sure to tune in to listen to a refined analysis of the problematic tropes of Lad Culture and the way it impacts society.

Well listeners, Aash finally watched Daniel Sloss' standup special, Jigsaw! We broke down Daniel's theory on love and relationships and shared the important lessons we learned from him as we chatted about our experiences. We also discussed our love for dark humour and how it helps us deal with life. Later, we chatted about Victoria's Secret rebranding and if they can counteract the damage they have caused over the years they promoted unrealistic body standards to women.

"I'd rather lose them than me." We keep coming back to this phrase, so we decided to dissect what it means to lose yourself in a relationship with a person. We shared personal anecdotes when we gave too much of ourselves to people that simply did not deserve it and then discussed the lessons we learned and how we plan to avoid losing ourselves in relationships in the future, somehow digressing into growing up female and the ridiculous policing we’ve faced. We also had a few crazy moments as we shared some wild theories about how people get lured into traps when in relationships and have our tips on how to prevent it.. hopefully they work?! Make sure to listen to this one!

So, we have split up... well, it's not that dramatic, but tune in to find out our big news. We had a lot of emotions running when recording this and have decided that this will be the last weepy episode for a while as we try and lift our spirits amongst the lockdown blues. Also, we discussed the things that people absolutely must do during their twenties and the lessons that heartbreak has taught us. So join our journey as we get back to our usual beaming selves.

Last episode we thought this was not our week, but maybe it is not just our year. In this episode, we discuss the insane cyclon that hit Mumbai, celebrities and their PR social media campaigns, and we question the transparency of donations. In the second half of the episode, our minds stop working and we go on autopilot— basically, we do what we do best and break down movies and TV shows that have kept us (partially) sane this lockdown. Of course, we end up talking about toxic tropes, but we refreshingly also discuss what we like about these movies and shows. Tune in to listen to another rant with moments of humor. Love you!

We feel like you can actively hear how sad the lockdown has made us in this episode. Honestly, if the new wave of Covid has got you feeling down, then you have two friends that are definitely going through a similar experience. We discuss how we very shittily cope with our feelings, the lack of international media coverage of the situation in India, and somehow land up discussing the intricacies of the Avengers saga. This episode is full of dry humor and sass with a side of sadness, so make sure to check it out, I mean if you're in India you legit have nothing better to do.

We're back with our usual madness as we discuss our New Years plans, the perils of being working women, and stay tuned till the end as we share a truly horrific dating story that will make you think twice before joining Tinder. Seriously, the last 10 minutes of this episode descend into chaos and you can't miss it — it's really a shitty story (pun intended). If you have experienced dating horror, then make sure to share the story with us! Hope you all had a lovely New Years and we're back at it again!

Some shit just makes our blood boil and we can't help it. In this episode we just go on a rant about all the things that piss us off and it gets real! We say the stuff everyone is thinking: from crying babies on airplanes to shitty ziplock etiquette, we go for it all. We also discuss the human pet peeve Logan Paul and our irritation with reboots of our beloved childhood shows (like Riverdale) that just ruin everything! So if you need a break from your family during the holidays, come get angry with us!
