Let’s be honest, we all live with some degree of mom guilt… “I should have read more books today.” “I should of been a better example.” “Did we spend enough time outside?” “I should of made a healthier meal.” The list goes on and on. In these moments let’s try to remind ourselves that mom guilt means WE CARE about our child. We are human. As much as we try to be the “perfect mom” there’s no such thing. We will all feel mom guilt from time to time, but you are not alone in these feelings. Tune in to this weeks episode to feel more validated in your “mom guilt moments”.

In this episode I share things that I googled (in hopes of saving you time), things that I learned the hard way and things that completely blew my mind. I touch on the topics of breastfeeding, diaper changes, sleep and hormones. Spoiler alert, I’m far from being an expert on any of these topics and I still have a lot to learn. This episode was taped with the intentions of opening up discussion or feeling connected through similar experiences. This episode was also taped while taking care of my 6 month old son, so I apologize if the auto is not perfect, but as always, it’s real, raw and unedited.
